“Friendly staff. Very clean room, comfortable bed, close to Heathrow. Used the hopper bus to terminal 3, 10 mins . Will definitely use the hotel for our next journey 😊”

“Holiday extras were very friendly, professional and efficient when organising the booking. The drop off and pick up was also smooth. However I'm not sure where the vehicle was kept as it was filthy when I collected it - covered in dust/sand and cobwebs with it almost impossible to see out of the windows.”

“Convenient location but again, barrier asked for payment in exit and so had to get out of car to query and get barrier raised. Almost always happens”

“Couldn’t have got a closer hotel and long stay parking to the airport. Beds and rooms clean and comfy. Menu and choice of food in the bar was very disappointing. Although what we had was very nice and tasty.”

“Quick and easy transfer to the airport. Only quibble was the barrier would not lift automatically for the second occasion, so had to press intercom and get a token to exit.”

“Everything was very good from booking to arrival at LGW and collection on return. They give me a ticket for exit but it was refused and I had to pay £7.00 to get out which was disappointing. please comment.”

“Good value but if you have the choice. Don't park adjacent bus stop 2 on the hard-core car park. It's rough and it will ruin you case wheels.”

“The lounge could do with a few more selection of drinks. The temperature was very warm, when I asked to turn it down slightly, the hostess wasn’t to happy. Otherwise I would recommend”

“All smoothly done from parking to drop off keys Bus journey to the terminal and back is very cramped and not easy to get heavy case on and off Return for the car is the same but easy to get keys and collect car and drive away Would recommend pre booking early through app.”
