“Easy to book. Decent HIexpress hotel and parking all good. However (again!), the directions to the hotel need updating. Is it really a roundabout to access the hotel road or is it a set of traffic lights? Needs to be clearer.”

“Met expectations but at present there are a lot of diversions and construction around the airport. Don’t be in a rush as there are well monitored speed limits too.”

“The hotel was excellent and the parking very good. The Hoppa bus transfer was very poor! Despite being assured that there was a bus every 30 minutes we had to queue for over an hour after an overnight flight. I could not recommend this service.”

“Parking service OK in many respects but did not appreciate the dirty floor mats in the car and the door sills from the driver. Also I do not see why passenger settings have to be so massively altered….every button pressed for a 5 mile drive as a passenger!”

“Hassle free drop off at valet parking after making arrival known. Quick paperwork. Collection after tel call resulted on car being available at valet parking. Only downside was transfer to holding area ~ 8 miles caused car to become dirtier and seamed to have had used more petrol / lower mpg in short trip than expected.”

“Stanhill Court served our purpose well, and is a good hotel. The only negative was that the taxi wasn't allowed to drop us off by our car on our return from Gatwick, and as my husband is 81 and doesn't walk too well, this is a bit of a disadvantage - especially as the car park is so uneven.”
