“We booked our accommodation and parking in advance . On arrival we received the information we needed to know on parking. We were given our room keys and everything was clean and tidy. We booked our taxi services in reception. Everything went according to plan on getting to and from the airport. Highly recommended.”

“Used this car park twice in the last month. Got sent a ticket for the first one for parking out-with parking bay. It was the only parking spot available and the two small marks were hidden by fallen leaves. Every other car must also have been out of their bays. Appealed it and they cancelled the charge so fair play on that score. The car park is really handy, courtesy bus is regular and only a few minutes away. I've used it every time I fly from Edinburgh.”

“Great carpark used often. But what have they done with the directional signs to get to it in the airport. Signage was very poor, even I struggled despite visiting before. The many road changes cause much confusion to get to T2 West”

“Used Meet and Greet at Stansted as we take mobility scooters on holiday. Used to use park and ride but with suitcases and mobility scooters it is too heavy. We park right by the office. Unload the car, advise them again we are disabled and we pick the car up right by the office. Travel under the bypass to the terminal. Everything is so easy. Could use short term parking but have the added protection of the car. Keep up the good work.”
