“It was ok & not your fault but there was a long wait in the chilli evening weather 4 the long stay bus which we have not normally experienced but it was a full bus. Maybe only one bus on in winter & 2 /3G lights arrived at the same time”

“The carpark was easily found and the buses ran promptly, not their fault that there were some road works causing congestion on the way to the airport. Pick up was also prompt and ran smoothly. First time I have used the option to have my car charged whilst I was away. This was done and everything ran smoothly, so an easy run home without having to stop to recharge in the awful weather.”

“Most things were fine, just struggled locating the Drop & go car park entrance as postcode provided took us to wrong place. The Drop & Go car park system works well though, easy & smooth to drop off & collect vehicle. Little bit disappointed with some aspects of the Clayton Hotel though, but not Holiday extras fault.”
