Bus turned up after a fair old wait. Swapped drivers outside the pub then continued after they had enjoyed a chat. Reached the first stop in the car park then the driver announced I have to stay here for a few minutes so you can walk to your car from here! We did so and still got out of the car park before the bus had left the first stop. In conclusion, highly priced and punctuated with unnecessary waits!

Very good service from the MBW meet and greet team. Highly efficient, no waiting at either end of the trip and a very affordable car wash and vac service.

The general service provision was pretty easy to use and the staff were helpful however, upon our return from holiday our car appeared to be been left in a place where the Mancunian avian population had used our car as a public lavatory! I appreciate that it is difficult to control such events but, common sense tells you not to park customers cars in areas that are clearly well populated with birds. We have used other airport parking providers and never experienced such matters. Please try to be more considerate in future. It is not nice to return from holiday to a car covered in guano!

The ease of parking at Maple Parking was a dream and so professional. We were driving out 35 mins after touching down from Budapest so will definitely use again.

We used holiday extras to book parking at Leeds mid-stay. It all worked fine but the instructions were not very clear as to what to do on collecting the car and getting out of the car park on our return.

No issues with dropping our car off @ Airparks and bus transfer to Ibis. BUT the return was horrendous - there was an enormous queue awaiting the bus for the transfer back to Airparks site. It was apparent that we would not beable to get on o the next 2 buses, so a wait of approx 1hour in the freezing cold at 11.30pm in the evening. The bus driver told us the buses were running at 20 minute intervals, yet when you check in they ask for your return time so should be able to plan the likely demand. In the end, like many other people we booked an Uber and will be looking for Airparks/ Holiday Extras to reimburse. When we arrived at Airparks and complained we told their was a 10 minute service which was totally untrue. I cannot understand why Airparks do not have somenone based at Luton airport to supervise the queue as people were trying to jump the queue by pushing in. This is not an isolated incident as we experienced the same oproblem earlier in the year. I will certainly not be booking Airparks again as they are not interested in the safety and well being of thier customersas children were getting crushed in the rush to get on to the bus.

This is a smooth operation and I've been using Holiday Extras (Purple Parking) for some time. One note of concern, however. On my return when I called the number on the card, a recorded message said it was not possible to connect the call. That's the second occasion I've experienced this. Hope it's fixed for next time!
