“We always use Maple meet and greet at Gatwick. We like the convenience and proximity to the terminal. The car always comes back as it was left. This time we had a wait to park when we got there. No spaces left to park and the team were working hard to manage the flow while we waited but the idea of meet and greet is that you pull up, get your bags out and go. It does have a knock on effect and this could be improved. We also had a strong smell of smoke in the car when we picked it up. We don’t smoke so it’s something to take into consideration. This doesn't mean that we think someone was smoking in the car, it could’ve just been an employee who had smoked and then drove the car back to the plot. It wouldn’t stop us using them in the future, we would just like to see the service improved for the price.”

“Our original flight was cancelled and the staff were most empathetic and kindly told us, that the booking for parking so stay open for 48 hrs, so we were able to drive home and return the following morning. Lovely staff 👌🏼”

“Booked for Stansted Mid-Stay car park. The bus arrived within a few mins and dropped us off outside the terminal. Pick up on return was just as easy. Price was good. Would definitely use again.”

“Good company to deal with. The Holiday Inn is a bit tired but fine for the overnight stay and very convenient for the terminal. Bus drivers very efficient and friendly but I wish that the pickup point was a bit closer on a cold blustery December night!”

“I used Holiday Extras to book Silver Parking at Bristol Airport for four days whilst enjoying a city break. Car park is next to the airport and bus transfers run frequently. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was slight disorganisation when picking up car on return to Bristol Airport. There had been a delay in returning several cars to the pick-up area causing a hic-cough in Silver Parking's slick process. The issue for me was that a staff member with a box of keys was calling out names and handing over keys without checking any form of ID. Clearly, the process needs to be tightened here.”
