Barriers wouldn't lift to access long stay 2 car park East Midlands after booking online. No answer on intercom so had to take a token for short stay. Dreading getting out thinking further payment would be needed, don't need that extra stress on holiday. On return barriers wouldn't lift to exit. However very nice lady answered intercom and confirmed we had booked and cancelled the token for us. Also when at the bus stop the signs said buses every 20 minutes and online booking states buses every 10 mins. Disappointing.

Had a 06.50 pick up for a flight leaving at 10.35, at the airport by 07.10 so had over a 3 hour wait, way too early pick up

I thought I would be met and greeted on arrival not wondering around a very large car park. I was travelling on my own and on return I was wondering around the car park at midnight trying to find my car!!!! Not embarrassed I expected.

I believe the price I paid for 2 of us was not worth the hot food, that was presented. I booked for 5am, thinking it would be hot, fresh however it was Luke warm, greasy and not as nice as it was prior Covid. There was only 1 tea machine working, with so many making more than 4 cups of hot drink at a time. Not a good experience on this occasion. Toilets were also out of order. Far too expensive for what was on offer.

We left our car in the designated Drop and Go with no problem in Terminal 3 which was perfect for our outbound flight with Ryanair. When we returned however as the flight had been delayed by 1hour 24 mins we realised we were in Term 1 (apparently this terminal was closed as it was late landing - thanks Ryanair) - that we thought was no big deal and we set off and walked through the various buildings - as directed by the airport signage - tp get toterminal - but where was the drop and go depot - we walked around a bit - this was 02:30 and we are both in our 70s) -both getting fatigued and eventualy we were directed to the drop and go office we coulnt get there directly as there are pedestrian barriers everywhere - not good - tired heart pumping dragging cases - we picked up keys OK and then went into car park to find our car which was 10 rows away from entrance - we didnt think we signed up for this sort of service

I paid the extra to save myself some time and energy but didn't find that to be the case. The drop off place was not signposted clearly (or possibly at all) and I had to go round a couple of times, which meant I had to pay £6 to get out and back in to the carpark. The desk was not manned at drop off or pick up. Pick up took ages, when I called the number the chap I spoke to was very rude and condescending. I checked my mileage before and after and 34 miles of fuel had been used in my absence. When I queried this I was told that is normal as they have to pick up and drop off other drivers. It would have been 1 star but the man who took my car on drop off was lovely and very apologetic for the delay. I will save myself some money and get the shuttle next time.

Premier Inn was a good experience. Comfortable bed, good food and professional check in and check out. Unfortunately Blue Circle was a different story as we had to wait 38 minutes for our car to arrive. This is hardly meet and greet! This is not what we paid for an therefore I would like some compensation. I attach photos from my mobile phone and the exit ticket as proof.

I decided to add the extra cost just in case I was delayed. I printed out the amendment. When I checked in, the man said I owed one more day. After showing him the paperwork, he agreed this was fine. The premier inn was great, had a good nights sleep on my return. I booked the car for a valet service. When I collected the car, I handed in the card I was given. A different man took my card and said I owed a day. Thought this had been sorted. I explained again. He was rather curt with me, I showed him the paper work. Then he agreed it was ok. The car was lovely and clean . Until I saw mud on the bottom of the door inside on the drivers side. I had to clean when I got home. I have booked with you for quite a few years now, never had a problem before. Overall, service was good.

Customer service at exit barrier very rude and charged us for being out of the time stated by 10 minutes our flight was delayed which meant we was late back and the service was disgusting and he was rude.

Ok on the way out but it's the second time in quick succession that I have had to wait quite a while for my car on my return despite there being hardly any other travellers around. Disappointed given the number of times I use your service!

Very busy lounge, disappointed with breakfast range of food. Only one coffee machine working and that had to be filled twice whilst we were there We were told where to sit and not given any choice . Staff were slow filling food up as it was going so quick due to lack of it. Would not use again.

Booked hotel with hotel parking only to find out that the car is taken away to park at another location. When the car came bck it was covered in mud all dow one side where it would appear it was driven at speed over wet muddy ground. Not happy

Premier Inn was excellent as expected. Took a while to find the car park as the name of it is not the same as on the instructions. Would have been 4 or 5 stars but Holiday Extras have hassled me we with emails every day even though I have opted out. SEems they think that privacy and GDPR don't apply to them.

Chaotic carpark with very few spaces available, cars parked randomly, dead end lanes, very uneven ground and poor lighting making returning to car at night a bit dodgy.

The road surface in the long stay car park in Bristol Airport is unfit for purpose. A patchwork of rough tarmac and unsurfaced ground with puddles people have to drive , walk and drag their luggage though. You should consider if you wish to be associated with such apoor value experience.

Despite paying extra insurance in the event of our flight being delayed so we wouldn’t incur any additional car parking charges on exit… imagine when our flight was actually delayed how unhappy we were to be forced to pay £50 extra to leave the car park - and now we have to go through a very nebulous long winded reclaim process!!! Won’t be using holiday extra again!!! NOT HAPPY 😤

The bus information on return was incorrect. When arriving back to collect our car. The system was not working and we could not get out car key back. Someone had to come snd manually give the keys back. Then we could not get out of the car park. All told a total mess up.
