Your directions didn't make it clear I had to park in care park night before flight. I paid £25 to park . They do no food & hotel opposite refused to serve non residents . We were told to order a taxi at a cost of £5 to go to a local pub restaurant 2 miles away . The cost was actually £12.80 EACH way . I feel very mislead & disappointed. I use holiday extras several times a year. I have another booking with you in May . Very , very annoyed & disappointed on this occasion. You need to re write description. It's mis selling , misleading , mis informative & very expensive .

Very dissatisfied about collection by Talixo taxi at Arrive airport. I have a heart condition and exertion and walking any distances is a problem. I had to walk for more than 15 minutes, some of it on a slope while wheeling my case. It wasn't until I couldn't take another step that the driver went to fetch the vehicle. I had expected to be picked up outside the arrivals door - there are bays provided. The return journey was ok, but I do not want to use this service again! Expensive disaster for me.

Didn't recognise number plate scanned qr code gave me a token then wouldn't let me out at 1am said I owed £345

No complaints about the Holiday Inn Express at Manchester Airport, friendly staff, good room and excellent breakfast plus it's very close to the airport. Less impressed by Jet Parks 3 (Never Again), the placed was packed and so it took us 10+ mins to find a parking space at the bottom of a row which was 1 foot deep in mud and then the saga of the transfer bus which only just fitted us on and left all passengers at the next stops as the bus was full. I will be using Meet & Greet next time like I normally do.

The bus from carpark very slow, took so long to get to terminal any thoughts of shopping blown away. Need more buses picking up from the car park

Had to drive my own vehicle to car park because they said they were not insured to drive my taxi. That’s not good service.

After 7 weeks of misery and additional I’ll health you finally decide to refund me only part of what I am due! the booking BMCYWC is for £51.30 as no vouchers redeemed and was a free cancellation. I have all receipts 🧾 from you to verify this . There is still the amount of £120.40 BMCYMV outstanding too. The bank 🏦 have been notified. This is causing additional strain stress and misery including hardship. Why are Holiday Extras conducting themselves in this way to long standing loyal customers such as myself . I would like an explanation apart from the full refund I am entitled to please

Car hire is very inflexible and once booked can not amend. Have to cancel and start again. Best use rental cars. Com

Booked a fortnights parking for Glasgow airport, had selected the Paisley site, on arrival gate didn't open, buzzed intercom and told to drop cases at reception and go and find a parking space. After about 5 mins found a place then walked back to the reception area to be told I should have been notified I couldn't park in this site and had to use the Linwood site. Told girl I had just parked up but told there wasn't room, I said again I've parked up but told to collect my car and drive to Linwood site. Stressful enough going through security checks and boarding without a simple thing like parking making it worse. Contacted holiday extra's on my return, emailed back saying they were busy and I would have to wait 8 days for a reply, 8 days later no joy with my complaint, then told them I would be mentioning this on facebook and was then offered 20% off my next booking. Won't be a next time Holiday extra's

I booked the lounge yesterday for 1st July and have just noticed that double the money has gone out of my bank. Called them to be told I had made 2 identical bookings 😠 when I didn’t they have a problem on their software system that’s double booking and now have to wait 5 days to get my money back they don’t give a dam.

I have booked airport parking and overseas transfers with this company.I called them to ask if they could send my confirmations by post as I was having problems printing what they sent me.They wanted me to pay £1.99 twice to have my confirmations sent by post?Thought some concessions and common sense might have prevailed but no.Will not use again .I have spent £ 111 with them and they want nearly four pounds to send me two A4 pieces of paper. FIRST TIMECUSTOMER AND THE LAST TIME.

Great experience with these guys UNTIL after we got home & saw the large dent in the rear passenger door left when they drove the car for offsite storage. No liability accepted because we drove it offsite before reporting the damage. We collected our black car at midnight so what was obvious in daylight wasn't so obvious in the dead of night, tired after a long journey. Took 3 weeks to get any reply from them despite chasing. Cost of insurance excess more than total hotel stay & car parking. They're technically correct on liability - but morally? And where is the customer service in that? Stayed at Holiday Inn Worth Gatwick by the way, in case you were thinking of going there.

The hotel was really good value before we travelled and the service was top class - the car parking with Airparks was dreadful - when we got back to Gatwick it took us an hour before we finally got to our car and as we had been to some where warm for a couple of weeks it wasn't pleasant waiting around in the cold at 5 in the morning - never again
