Had booked and paid for a weeks parking at Luton Airport, charged 58 quid as first time booking, only to have it changed for 24hrs booking, flight at 455 on Saturday and told I was to pick car up at 8.o clock on the Sunday, and got charged another 100 quid , won't be booking again as I checked my details and had to put outbound flight and return flight to make booking

Booking and paying was easy. Finding the car parking area was easy. Getting into the car park was difficult as we thought it would be number plate recognition which didn’t work. Had to ask for assistance at barrier which took ages. Once barrier was lifted easy. On return got to car and drove to first barrier which lifted. Inserted parking ticket at second exit barrier and then advised that I owed £220! Asked for assistance and gave my car registration and was advised that I was not booked in! Car park assistance arrived and eventually when I showed my confirmation of booking he raised barrier. Have booked through Holiday Extras several times and never had this problem. Will I use on my next visit ? Doubtful!

Payed 58 quid was supposed to be for a week to get told it was for one day, and then had to pay another 100 quid, not best pleased

Very good parking and service for our flight. The unfortunate part is the issue with holiday extras approach to cancellations. I accidentally booked two parking spaces and the cancelled one immediately thinking it would go back to account as I had a flexi booking. Unfortunately I found out that they don’t refund automatically and give you a voucher. Which is appalling and now I cannot get my money back as you only have 14 days to claim which is shocking. Please can you explain why your flexi booking when cancelled does not come straight back to account? I have currently paid double for my parking!!

The hotel is spot on, it's jet parks 3. It took 20 mins to find a car parking space, then wait 25 mins for a bus. We only just made the flight. Had to wait another 30 mins for a bus on our return the packed in like sardines 🤬

Was not happy driver told us the bus would collect us from coach park we’re we were dropped off. So me and 4 family members with all our luggage went there only to be told no you need to go back to terminal and get the bus outside was not happy with a toddler and 4 suitcases and hand luggage on escalator such a shame put a damper on our holiday. Had the same problem innJune but the other way went to terminal no notices asked a member if staff told us were to go after wasting 20 mins trying to find out. Hope this is sorted soon as I have always used you for parking for many many years thanks

Drop off was good but pick up was not very good. Phoned up as requested but was cut off , phoned back and repeated myself. Picking up car the man in charge was in a very small box and just said car is on way. No shelter or office to prevent us getting soaked as it poured down. Didn't even let us know car had arrived after waiting 10 minutes in the rain. I approached him again asking where car was. Asked my name again as if he'd not asked before and I had to ask again for the keys. Just found it very unprofessional. Car was ok and drove home

Transfer took *significantly* longer than advertised and the image of a minibus used to advertise was misleading when the transfer took place on a large coach with many more drop-offs than implied. Did not use the return journey.

We had a 6 am flight booked, so just wanted a quiet & relaxed early night at the Gatwick Hilton. The TV didn't work, so we asked the staff x 2 occasions over 2 hours if they could have it fixed, then panicked that they would wake us up after 10pm to fix it. They didn't and it wasn't fixed. Poor customer service

Last 2 times we have used Jestpark 3, we have waited over 25 minutes for a bus when we have returned. You need more buses with more helpful staff. People were struggling to get their cases on too high racks. Total shambles.

Booked JetParks at Stansted airport. Never again. Flight was on time on return, suitcases came out within few minutes, followed sign to JetParks pick up and the queue was so long waiting for a bus! Was ridiculous! Never again! Gold star to the guy on bus stop tannoy who helped me find my car which I’d lost though.

Arrived at jetparks and our book in time was incorrect although correct on the holiday extras app, they let us in but said on return we would be charged £21.50 and we could query later. However on return the machine asked for £172.00, we managed to get through to speak to someone and they did reduce to £21.50 however how many people just pay. Buses are few and far between. Not a great experience

Passed on twice to different companies and left an hour in coach before leaving airport. On way back quite a detour in opposite direction before going back to airport.

Valet parking was fine going but coming back we had to go to meet & greet to get our car. I don’t expect to pay for one service and get another.

The hotel was good but the service provided by the meet and greet parking was far from acceptable - I had a huge wait (40 mins).

We went in to newcastle and there was hardly any food chouice was not good i feel i waitesd my monye it was morring 645 flite all was on the hote was beens sauge scambled egg and it was the most expevie one not for me

Our flight was 2 hours delayed. When I was booked car park i was tick delay option but when i pick up my car on exit i needed pay £15 extra because i picked up my car 2 hours late.

Due to staff shortages my car had not been moved from drop off area to collection area for my return. Note we are penalised if our return is delayed but not the other way if they are unable to have your car ready on your agreed return time.

Booking process, for Aspire Lounge was fine, but comfort and standard of food on offer terrible. Two poor unappetising hot dishes on offer, one was vegi. Only cheese and scones to follow. Ridiculous for the price. Drinks always had a queue and were poor.

Directions and signage hopeless to Liverpool Airport Meet and greet car park In common with 2 cars that arrived at the same time as us we drove into the main car park area assuming that’s where it must be We then had to pay £5 to get out of that area. Finally we stopped the car at the car hire area to ask directions ,since Liverpool airport fines you for stopping I do hope we don’t receive a fine in the post . Once in the system and parked we were ok , but unless signs become much more obvious it is not an attractive option.
