Holiday extras have always been great, but the same can't always be said for the services they advocate. Aspire Lounge Luton Airport was disappointing and the staff, especially the 'lady' on reception, was dismissive and stroppy, which was not what was needed just before getting on a plane!

At 5:30 on a freezing morning the first bus was full. Next bus kept us waiting without turning heating on. Booking was called Terminal 5 purple parking yet we went to every other terminal first. On return we waited 45 mins and was about to get in a taxi when bus arrived. The bus stop was out of order but no communication as to where to go. Never again. Back to valet for us.

Far too far from the terminal. Luckily was dry would have been awful if wet either way. Should have been a bus.

Very rude lady with dark hair at the check in desk queried our booking and said 3 other bookings had the same name as if she was accusing us of something.She told us to sit on a table with uncomfortable chairs and no charging, the whole lounge was empty bar a few people. She said all the booths and comfortable seating was booked but this was not so as we found out later. I told her the seats were not good for my arthritis or my recent surgeries and she literally came so close to my face that I nearly fell backwards I asked to see the manager as I was close to tears and she finally relented and said we could sit where we liked She continued to stare at me for some time Very unpleasant arrival, something needs to change at Aspire Liverpool Other staff were fine, food limited, no scones but good cake

Apon return we was informed to contact via two numbers to arrange pick up and was stood there with another elderly couple for about an hour and none of the numbers were working , ended up getting an Uber to the parking place and saw the parking pick up as with was arriving where I was parked so would have been atleast another ten minutes before it got to us , the being later isn’t the problem but not having any contact was , we could have waited in the warm for an hour if we knew .

There was a problem with the machine at the exit gate, rang the attendant (as it was asking me to do, no answer), went to his portacabin, no sign of him. Went back to my car, at which time there was a long queue behind me! Rang again, still no answer. Finally, after around 20 mins I got hold of the attendant who let me out. At midnight, after a long journey home, I could really have done without this!

Agent booked for the date of our flight which was at 22:20. Hence when we arrived the day after, we was charged £25 by the carpark.

When inbound flight was changed, had to change the return time, and was charged extra £42 just for a few hours. Upon arrival, person checking car in was rude and not very friendly. Was also told car would not be ready on return.

Welcome to this premier inn was terrible, desk receptionist was unpleasant and unprofessional, Kept us waiting for at least 20 minutes on arrival, talking to staff when we were standing there, no apologies or nothing when she decided to acknowledge us ☹️will definitely not go back here

Used holiday extras before and not had any problems on this occasion I booked once, oaid twice, one of the bookings was cancelled and I was refunded, got to car park at 4.30am couldn't get in had to call airport and give ref number etc to get in, on way out couldn't get out, had to call again they said booking had been cancelled couldn't log on to app had to sift through old emails to find booking ref before they let me out, so much added stress, not a good experience this time!!!

Collection from hotel to the airport never arrived. I spent a whole morning and the afternoon prior trying to get a hold of anyone to confirm the time of collection. Finally, someone on the emergency number confirmed it will 4 hours prior flight departure... No one turned up. Had to pay more for an emergency taxi (for a 30 min ride!) and stress whether we will miss the flight! Still waiting for any feedback from customer services. 2 stars as we were collected from the airport. Very disappointed as never had any problems with holiday extras before.

Used ShortRun by Airparks at Luton for the first time but never again. Parking was fine on arrival and trip to the airport was also good but when I returned 4 days later the waiting time for the return bus was not acceptable. Short run but long wait. After waiting 15-20 mins a bus arrived but it was not for "pink" tickets. That bus loaded and left and we were left waiting again. Bus finally arrived for "pink" tickets and by the time it was ready to leave it was not only completely full but I had been waiting for about 30 mins. Not worth the £20 saved by not using a greet and meet service.

I made a mistake and booked the return leave time in the morning instead of evening (24 hr clock basic error). However you do ask about the flight numbers which reference the return time so why are you not able to correct this when I booked and stop it then? Cost me another £15 to get out the car park.

It was not easy to find drop off point ended up paying the airport drop off fee. Going up the slop to drop off needs to be made clearer.

Your directions didn't make it clear I had to park in care park night before flight. I paid £25 to park . They do no food & hotel opposite refused to serve non residents . We were told to order a taxi at a cost of £5 to go to a local pub restaurant 2 miles away . The cost was actually £12.80 EACH way . I feel very mislead & disappointed. I use holiday extras several times a year. I have another booking with you in May . Very , very annoyed & disappointed on this occasion. You need to re write description. It's mis selling , misleading , mis informative & very expensive .

Very dissatisfied about collection by Talixo taxi at Arrive airport. I have a heart condition and exertion and walking any distances is a problem. I had to walk for more than 15 minutes, some of it on a slope while wheeling my case. It wasn't until I couldn't take another step that the driver went to fetch the vehicle. I had expected to be picked up outside the arrivals door - there are bays provided. The return journey was ok, but I do not want to use this service again! Expensive disaster for me.

No complaints about the Holiday Inn Express at Manchester Airport, friendly staff, good room and excellent breakfast plus it's very close to the airport. Less impressed by Jet Parks 3 (Never Again), the placed was packed and so it took us 10+ mins to find a parking space at the bottom of a row which was 1 foot deep in mud and then the saga of the transfer bus which only just fitted us on and left all passengers at the next stops as the bus was full. I will be using Meet & Greet next time like I normally do.

The bus from carpark very slow, took so long to get to terminal any thoughts of shopping blown away. Need more buses picking up from the car park
