I made a mistake with the car registration in the booking. It was unclear how to contact you and tell you. When I managed to contact you, the person was really helpful and changed the registration. However, when trying to leave the car park, the change hadn't been passed through and the person who answered the phone was really rude and abrupt. Not what we wanted at 11pm after travelling for hours.

We decided to extend our holiday and therefore needed to extend our parking at the airport. When we finally managed to contact someone re web chat and were told there was nothing they could do and we would have to pay the £25 per day overstay fee. We then spoke to the Airport parking office and they amended our booking and charged us £10 per day for the overstay. Next time we will book our parking directly with the airport.

The booking was straightforward, but there were areas of the booking that weren’t made very clear. On arrival at the destination it was unclear that two hotels occupied the same reception area, and the ‘branding’ at the front of the hotel wasn’t for the one we had booked. The lack of obvious security in the car park (no barrier to exit) was concerning, and the infrequency of the hotel hoppa, and the lengthy journey time meant that it wasn’t a particularly convenient option for accessing the airport. On our return we missed the hoppa by 2 minutes, and so faced an hour wait at the stand which, when you just want to get home is really frustrating.

Failed to find the Aberdeen Airport parking site, despite using the directions on Holiday Extras App. Was running short of time to departure so parked were directed by airport staff member. On return a week later we discovered the car had been parked in wrong car park. Looking forward to receiving a full refund from Holiday Extras.

It wasn't clear where to go at the destination airport and we had to search for the transfer company. On return the driver drove unbelievably fast in an old mini bus with no seat belts. We were relieved to arrive at the airport in one piece

Hotel was nice, when booked it said parking was £12 per night, (when I got there it was £15 per night) Parked car at short stay meet & greet. Expected my car to stay in car park. When I collected my car it was covered in tree sap & had been driven 6 miles (took photo of mileage when I left it) definitely not happy with the car parking situation & doubt I would ever do it again

Very convenient location but expensive (we traveled with children during half term) and on our return (late at night) the car was delivered to the wrong terminal and we had to wait about half an hour for it

It took 25 minutes to find a parking space. It was only because of a bus driver dropping of some returning passengers that was able to find one.

When I collected my car the heater had been turned up to the highest temperature and someone had been smoking in the car as there was a strong smell of cigarettes. It took a while for the smoking smell to clear I also have child seats in the back that smelt of cigarettes.

There was nothing with the airport meet and greet at the airport. The only problem was the poor information given to the airport by Holiday Extras. This meant the gates did not open for us and the handing in of the keys meant the booking had to be looked up.

Hilton Heathrow T5 nice hotel with spacious room and bathrooms - very clean and tidy. We ordered drinks at the bar and carried them to our seats and then discovered that they had charged us 15% service charge! Used with a stay and park package - whilst getting to the airport was a breeze - buses every 30 minutes in the morning on our return a different story only one an hour - consequently waited over an hour for a bus to return to the hotel to collect our car - so was far from impressed with bus service So in brief while hotel is OK - transport is a no go!

Holiday Extras are fine, but choosing the Bristol Long Stay car park was probably the wrong choice - not easy to find a space, and a very long walk to the terminal from the furthest spaces - poor surfaces to wheel suitcases and no fun in the rain ! Saw bus stops but never saw a bus anywhere in that car park. Will use park and ride next time… Long Stay is too busy and too hit and miss.

On arrival at M&G entrance booth we were directed to the park immediately on the left, the next car to enter was directed to the right & to the front of an empty covered lane close to the M&G office. We were faced with a walk of over 100 yards with luggage on small wheels on a path which is not wholly smooth. We are 78 & 80(in June), it was very tiring & trolleys are only located at your office as far as I am aware. On return the car was parked in the same location! The area close to the office was packed with uncollected cars so they had not been parked in order of return flight arrival. We had to walk hauling cases as before. You could on booking require the age of passengers & try to direct & allocate spaces for those cars closer to the office both on arrival & return. The M&G cost cannot be justified given these circumstances compared to long stay, where bus transport each end to & from the terminal is adjacent. Also on return M&G signs inside the terminal direct you to a sloped ramp down to ground level which exits at the far end of the terminal. So again we had to walk with cases a considerable distance just to reach your office then the same again to reach our car. On this occasion the system proved far from friendly both ways to older customers. I mentioned in a previous email Nov '22 that in the dark it is not easy to identify the location of the exit ie. where you are aiming for. Arrows on the road do not stand out clearly enough when manoeuvring in closely confined spaces due to parked cars & tight turns to be accommodated. Some signage should be appropriately set at or above drivers eye level.

The holiday inn Manchester airport is excellent and would have no issues in booking the hotel. Issue being with the bus transportation from the parking area to the hotel. There was no bus stop close by, the bus pulled in to let us get off the bus at the far end of terminal 2 which is quite a distance, at least a 10-15 minute walk and with several pieces of luggage its difficult to navigate. The Jet parks 3 service is good and have used it prior on many occasions however, they need to sort a stopping location more accessible to the new holiday inn and if that was put together, this would be a 5* review.
