I paid Home Depot to install flooring in the contract it states all pad and tack strips will be glued. Thier installers came and stapled and nail into my radiant heat pipes. I informed the store and Customer Service through various methods each time pushed off to someone else. It has been 6 days and I still have not gotten a single rep to schedule an appt to come assess the damage. They are also so far refusing to refund me for the carpet I had to rip out myself to stop it from continuing to damage my house (as it is wet) or for the money I paid to have it install even though it was not done to the contract. I have told them repeatedly to please come see the damage and I can not get any help.

Aa an employee of this company in Palm Springs, I have come to realize that the people in positions of authority, are not as educated as you might think, and take any kind of concerns from employees with no concerns. You can bet the HR or manager WILL NOT CALL YOU TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES. Nor will they act accordingly to others that have violated company policies and or behaviors. When it comes to "transferring" you are pretty much on your own. I was told to go to the store of choice and speak with them, "if" a position is open. Well, I did, with 3 hours of driving, only to discuss the transfer, with some certainty that the HR manager will get in touch with me on the next day when at work. She never did in phone call or email. When I called to see if she worked today, "a little, rightfully annoyed," the Assistant Manager at the new store, wanted to say I had an attitude and to call back tomorrow and hung up the phone. No regard or concerns for this "employee" that drove 3 hours to finalize this transfer. They DIDN'T CARE. Additionally, there is no OVERSIGHT OVER THESE MANAGERS. The MYTHDHR line is a third party take a complaint and file it to nowhere. This company is not like what they preach. When it comes to the LGBTQ+ Community, they say in Palm Springs, oh, were gonna march in the Pride Parade, I didn't see them, nor did I see a banner within the store to tell customers of this event or to demonstrate they support the LGBTQ+ Community. It's like they are embarrassed that customers might be offended. The company has issues, and for those that are intelligent and have degrees, only to seek extra work, take my words seriously, so you are prepared. That said, I'm looking for work with people that do care and are academically intelligent and really go the extra mile to assist employees asking for help. I'm so DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY, AND ITS ALL OF THE LOCATI

Had to call store to correct a billing error; never got through to the person I needed to talk to. Twice no one answered the phone, rang over 20 times; finally got through, was transferred and twice was disconnected; and twice was told to hold and was apparently forgotten; that's six calls over a 40 minute period. I had to drive to the store to get the store to resolve their error; and that took another HOUR as they tried to figure out their error.

Ordered kitchen cabinets sept 6 online using my hd card 0 interest for 18 months. 14 cabinets said to arrive in less than two weeks three cabinets not available until Oct 19. We figured we would be ok, would complete other parts of house first while waiting. Oct 19 came and went no cabinets. Called was on hold told trouble ticket started. Called two days later said cabinets would ship ice 25. Oct 25 came and went no cabinets. Called again put in hold told no one was sure where cabinets were but I should call manufacturers directly. So I did. They wanted to know why I called them since I was a hd customer told them I was told to. Today I called for the fourth time. It’s Nov 9, no one knows where cabinets are. But they are still working on it. I thought about reordering and just csncelling the original order but new delivery date was Feb 1. I was on hold for just under two hours while they searched. I checked my email at 5:07 and my three cabinets order had been cancelled. I called and asked who cancelled it and how was I ever goi g to get them?? They said just reorder and try again!! Cabinet prices ere much higher and delivery date out tgree more months Feb 1!!!!!but I had no choice. Guy on phone placed the order for me and gave me prices from sept 6 with an additional discount. Then told me that hd would still try to rush the shipment date. When I asked about my 0 interest for 28 months he told me I would have to call card services to get that fixed!!!! Other 13 cabinets got list and finally showed up at the neighbors house down the road. Thank goodness not a rainy day. I am not sure how I got in this situation?? I think I should just return all 17 cabinets and take my chances trying to buy them somewhere else ?? I am exhausted and very angry! Would give them zero stars if available!!

It's Black Friday sales at Home Depot.. same sales they had back in September and in October . I don't see where Black Friday has a sale do you?

Home Depot is too involved with politics for a public company that is used by all Americans, not just Republicans. One of the founders of Home Depot ( Bernie Marcus) is very outspoken in putting down President Biden and democrats in general. I will be taking my business to Lowe’s and local hardware stores that don’t feel the need to ostracize their customers.

Home Depot is terrible. None of their parts are organized sorted and maintained. most associates are clueless or don't seem to care. Today was the final straw. I bought 4 PVC pipes and only used 2 so I brought 2 back for a return. They told me their return system was sown today and to come back tomorrow . They also said they couldn't give me credit if I wanted to purchase some additional items. Last time I go to Home Deport. From now own either Lowe's or Amazon online.

I regret that I have been doing business with Home Depot for all these years when this establishment supports the only colonial state in our modern time (Israel) in its genocidal war against Palestinians (the indigenous people). I am disgusted with Home Depot’s stance and the blatant disregard for Palestinians rights of freedom. I will not spend a penny at your place anymore. Shame on you

I was on the hardware isle at Home Depot in Mesquite, TX and could not find the picture hangers, and asked an employee where the picture hangers were. He replied, “ I don’t know, look it up online.” I also shop at the Tyler, TX store and my experience is much different in Tyler. Employees at Mesquite store ignore customers and are rude. The Mesquite store has been this way for many years.

Delivery system is f***ing ridiculous. First attempt- they came at 8am when I asked for evening, second attempt- 5 hours late out of timeframe and missed them of course; called to reschedule and got zero help and the runaround… prepare to wait a long f***ing time to get your sh*t

We went to the Bloomfield, New Jersey store. The manager treated us so badly. Never had such a bad experience in my life. He just kept following us and kept fighting. We just left the store. Horrible.No words to describe him.

When I purchased, Oct 3, 2023, an InsinkErator Badger to replace the same size Badger garbage disposal in Virginia Beach for $125, I also $159 for installation. During installation the two technicians pointed out that a discharge pipe was not horizontal and an incorrect connecting fitting was leaking. The pipe from the other sink drain was shortened and a correct fitting was used so the drain became horizontal. I had approved, expecting an additional charge, lower and consistent with the $159 for the more difficult installation. SURPRISE! $180 more. I was told it was "standard Pricing" when I called Home Depot prior to Paying. What a bait and switch. $469 total for disposal and replacement labor. Never will I use Home Depot for labor of any type.

We had appliances scheduled for delivery. They went to the wrong address. They claim that they called 30 minutes before. IT WAS A LIE! They got turned away from the address that they were at because it was the wrong address and they still never called. When we called to see where they were, they would not redeliver and they couldn't even reschedule. You have to call back tomorrow and find out when they might be able to reschedule. No one cares at Home Depot. They can't make calls to the local carrier to solve a problem. They make mistakes and they do nothing to correct their errors. We spen 20k plus a year with them. Time to switch to the blue.

We bough 110 bags of quikcrete for a concrete pour. Paid extra 20 $ for a 4 hour window frame for delivery instead of the whole day. Have everything set to pour the day of delivery. My son was traveling from Ohio to help. Delivery was between 6.00 am to 10 am. No show. Went to website and truck not even loaded. Call Home depot. 3 different persons . Last one said it look like truck has 2 more stops before you. I said look like is not enough can you really check because website says is not even in the trick. 5 min later she said ohhh driver called in sick and they are waiting for another driver to finish his rout to start delivering this route. Is not my fault he called sick. Of course but why nobody called to explain what was going on. Never ever again will buy from Home depor for delivery. Really bad customer service

I online ordered from Home Depot a washer & dryer with delivery and installation for 9/22/24. That delivery didn't not happen due to a miscommunication with the delivery people. I rescheduled deliver for 9/27/23. Today I received an email from Home Depot telling me delivery has been rescheduled to Tuesday, tomorrow, 9/26/23. I call to report the error and was told it had always been for the 26th. After a discussion about my being mistaken (highly insulting) I ask to reschedule. Next I'm told that they will not schedule a specific time window, only a day.: Not only has my time and schedule been disrupted twice but I'm told to block off an entire day for a delivery that may well be rescheduled the day before, again. I wished I had purchased from Lowe's for the same price but a guaranteed 4 hour window delivery. I won't make this mistake twice.

I had great difficulty in scheduling my washer delivery. The day before delivery my appointment was changed from 8 AM to 4-7 pm. I advised Home Depot and even a Manager that my association didn't allow deliveries after 6 PM. No one could help me to confirm that it would be delivered by 6. Truck came at 4, while it was raining. Driver refused to bring the washer up my driveway and into the house. I even offered to pay him an extra $40. He said he would wait 15 minutes and call me if when he left. He just left and I was left out in the cold. I reported it to Home Depot right away and asked they send the driver back since it stopped raining. They called the dispatcher of the independent delivery company and said he would not send the truck back. They wanted to reschedule but I wouldn't deal with Home Depot ever again. I cancelled my order, which they could have cared less. Employees are not empowered and worthless. TIP: AFTER CANCELLING MY ORDER I WENT TO BRANDSMART WHERE I RECEIVED THE SAME WASHER FOR ABOUT $100 LESS AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY THERE OWN TRUCKS! Also, Home Depot will continue to loose business to Amazon since by the time i'm given a SKU to look for in an aisle of 10,000 SKUs I could order at amazon and have the same or next day. Worst processes and customer relations of any Company odf dealt with in decades. wasted my time but saved money at BRANDSMART!

Don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered a washer and dryer. Drivers wouldn't come down my driveway. Got rescheduled twice. Then they didn't have correct hose to hook up washer and dryer was damaged. Had to wait for a new dryer to be ordered and I had to go back to the store to get a different hose for washer. Finally got dryer and now washer was damaged so didn't accept. Now I'm told they aren't ordering me a new washer because I'm outside the 48 hour window fot making sure it works when I have never had a washer in my house. An absolute horrible experience and still don't have washer.

Ordered a dishwasher, on a delivery day someone called me and said that will deliver in 15 minutes. One hour later I called back and asked when to expect, it was told that he is already down the street. Stop answering the call. Support was also not able to solve anything saying I need to call back later

No stars wasn't an option. I purchased a washer/dryer combination and asked to be called prior to delivery as someone would need to let them in the rental unit. They arrived without calling, call when on property to advised they can't stay and wait. I had to go through 3 different agents to reschedule for 9/18 a week later. Waited all day to find out they cancelled my order and refunded the money. Now my guests are going 3 weeks without a washer/dryer because of Home Depot poor customer service. Unacceptable!
