“I just ordered a couple of rugs. My experience with the gentleman I worked with was nothing short of excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I hope the company understands how fortunate they are to have such a high caliber employee. During these changing times it's good to have someone like him representing your company. And no, I've never met the gentleman and we're not related!”

“The past several months we've been shoping for a rug that seemed non-existing. While at Lowes Home my wife found the perfect carpet. Because we were completely satisfied with our purchase, we order another carpet direct from the distributor's website and we found another carpet that met are requirements. After ordering the carpet I got an email from the owner (Steve Aijian) thanking me for the order, giving me his contact info. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service.”
