“The customer service is outstanding. The rug I purchased is gorgeous, but the manufacturer shipped the wrong one. Robert was immediately on it to correct the shipment. I can't say enough about them. They have patterns I couldn't find elsewhere.”

“Received my rug yesterday, and it's beautiful! The company emailed me three days after my order to tell me it had been submitted to the manufacturer warehouse, and that I'd receive an email when it shipped (which I didn't). However, when I contacted the company to find out a shipping ETA, they responded quickly with the shipping confirm, and the rug arrived within a day or two. Good customer service.”
