“Received my rug yesterday, and it's beautiful! The company emailed me three days after my order to tell me it had been submitted to the manufacturer warehouse, and that I'd receive an email when it shipped (which I didn't). However, when I contacted the company to find out a shipping ETA, they responded quickly with the shipping confirm, and the rug arrived within a day or two. Good customer service.”
