Thanks for your feedback. Your rug sample shipped from Karastan's warehouse. They are not fully at 100% capacity (due to covid-19 restrictions) so they are prioritizing shipping of area rugs first, then samples. UPS Tracking shows you will have your sample today by UPS. Hope you love it!

“All shopping should be this satisfying. The site was easy to navigate. I loved the feature that allowed me to view the rug in my room before ordering. The price was great. The rug arrived in about 4 days, but I do live in the same state as the Karastan warehouse. And best of all, it is perfect. Just beautiful. Could not be happier.”

“Center section of lolloi Hamilton is not woven but cheaply glued. The loops come loose easily. I have to shave it everyday. Pretty color, but it will not last.”
