“I am very happy with them. I purchased a large rug, same pattern, a couple years ago from American Carpet Wholesale (according to my Discover statement). That service was also very good. It is interesting that they are not quite the same color etc but I can tell same rug. I am 96 and have Karastan wool rugs that these blend with very well. The wool are fantastic but at my age I decided to add to the Spice Market rug inventory. Thank you for the excellent service and rugs.”

“I was so excited to get my rug! I opened it and it was the wrong rug:( It was a pain to have to roll it back up and rewrap it in the plastic to get it ready to send back. It took me many different attempts to get it to fit back in the plastic. Everyone online was helpful in getting this corrected and it looks like my right rug is ready to ship. Haven't heard anything yet about getting the one I received sent back”

“Ordered rugs and rug pads. The pads came and still waiting for rugs. Was told they come from different warehouse. Pads don't do me any good without rugs. Disappointed as was told all in stock when ordered and would be shipped out quickly.”

Correct. Rugs and pads ship from different warehouses in different States. Your pads arrived right away because that warehouse is very close to your shipping address. The rugs have a bit farther to travel but UPS tracking shows they are due to be delivered on Wednesday of this week. Thank you for your patience and enjoy!

“I ordered the Crescendo rug. I was told when I called for a follow up that I received an email advising me of the status, which I did not receive. I called again for a follow up and was told that the rug was discontinued. The representative I spoke to was very courteous when he advised me that unfortunately they couldn’t locate any stock in the factory. He also stated “ it was a bummer”. The rug I ordered is still being shown on their Facebook page I was very disappointed and will not order from Incredible again!”

W're sorry that we sold out sooner than expected on the Crescendo rug. Our notification email likely landed in your junk/spam folder. Our inventory changes hourly and even Facebook may experience a lag in inventory updates. Feel free to call before ordering to confirm availability on an item, especially for sale or clearance items.
