Hi Christine, thanks for letting us know about this delivery issue with the Motor Freight Company. Unlike a typical UPS/Fedex shipment, oversized Items can get complicated and may require an extra day or two to coordinate an 18-wheeler to make the delivery. I'm happy to see that they have a delivery appointment setup for today between 1-4pm. We'll continue to monitor your delivery and follow up to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you for your patience on this oversized shipment.

Hi Jennifer, you ordered on Saturday, when our offices and warehouses are closed. We processed your order on Monday and it shipped on Wednesday. The tracking info we sent you shows an estimated delivery date of Friday. Please watch for their call to schedule the delivery. Thank you and enjoy!

Hi there. I post an estimated SHIP date on each product page, and in your shopping cart. I believe you may be confusing the 'ship date' with 'delivery date'. 99.5% of our orders ship on-time. We estimated a SHIP date of 7/15 and your order shipped 2 days earlier than expected and were delivered to you on 7/15. Your previous pre-order is in progress and will be ready to ship in about 2 weeks. We'll email tracking when it ships. Thank you.
