“Great website. Allows sorting by a variety of criteria (color, fabric, size, maker, etc.) Can also import various rugs into a picture of your room. Sadly, this option is not available for all rugs.”

Hi Stephen, thanks for your patience on this one. Your packaged rug turned out to be too large/heavy for fedex/ups ground so it took some extra time to ship by Motor Freight. Please watch for a call from the Carrier to schedule a delivery date and time. I'm sure you will find the rug to be worth the wait. Enjoy!

“I have been looking for a living room rug for 3 years. I purchased a cheap rug at Walmart in the interim but had no luck as gray seems to be the color of the times. I purchased one at another web based store and the colors were not as depicted. I had even called to make sure that the small rouge flowers were indeed a true deep red. They assured me it was. When the rug arrived the small flowers weren't rouge they were rust and the substrate looked like the type of thing you see in hobby shops to hook your own rug. CHEAPLY MADE! I had a bad experience with them when I attempted to return it and had to threaten them in order to have them take it back. I spent hours on the phone with them and was reluctant to buy on line again. I had been looking locally but this year with all the local shops closed I decided to try online again. I am glad I kept looking for new suppliers because as I am sure you are aware that Amazon, Amazon and Amazon pops up first and I kept searching and found your website and it was easy to navigate and I especially like the boxes beneath the photo of the rug that shows the purchaser what colors are contained. I received the rug and the quality is excellent and the colors are spot on. I was so excited that I showed it to my downstairs tenants as they have just moved in and are looking for a living room rug on-line. They were impressed with the quality and asked for your website address which I provided them. I also shared it with a friend who is looking for a new rug. I will sing your praises to everyone I know of who is looking for a rug. Thank you for your excellent service!”

“The rug exceeded our expectations, the colors are rich and the quality of the materials and construction are impressive. The personnel were very polite and informative. My wife and I were a little hesitant to buy this item without being able to see it, but it turned out to be one of our best purchases ever and at an unbelievable savings on their Black Friday Sale. We were told the rug may vary as much as 4 inches in length, but it measured exactly to the advertised 9’-6” X 6’ -6” which was the perfect fit for our purpose. The rug was also shipped out and received several days earlier than the salesperson stated. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to do business with Incrediible Rugs and Decor again.”
