“The process of ordering was smooth and easy--which I need at my age. I haven't received the rug or pad yet--and will be happier still if it looks and feels as good as advertised. I appreciate the update on where my order stands.”

“We are very please with our new rug. It matches the decor perfectly and I nly concern, what type of vacuum would I use on it. Dyson, roomba or shark. Everyone who comes by to visit my remodeling project just comments on how lovely the rug is. So far I rate it a 10.”
