“Shopping was fine. Rug is as expected. Delivery was a nightmare! YRC Freight was disorganized and never knew when the rug would be delivered. Multiple phone calls required. They kept putting delivery off 3 different times. The rug was finally delivered at a 4th different time!!!! Very frustrating. Waited around and wasted an entire day waiting for the rug! I will probably not use Incredible rugs again due to delivery issues”
