All of us have faced the pandemic created monumental difficulties w/product backorders & the rug industry is no exception. Finally getting the rugs I ordered in March just now. They have kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know the status, etc. Finally, the quality of their rugs is outstanding! Prices are within the norm.”

“We love our new carpet. The colors are so rich and it is so soft when you walk barefoot on it. It matches our decor wonderfully. We have always been satisfied with our purchases from Steve and company. This is our 5th carpet from them. Great service and great quality.”

“Web site easy to use. Prices good. Communication clear. Delivery quick, tho whoever did the final delivery left the rug leaning up against the mailbox leg out by a fairly busy road. Not my first order. Would order again. Would love the rug description to be specific on synthetic fiber. Polypropylene does not have the same look as my older rugs (in same pattern from same manufacturer) made of olefin.”

“This company is great! I ordered a rug that was handled roughly during shipment and incurred some soil damage. Even though it was not the fault of Incredible Rugs and Decor, they still worked with me in getting a replacement rug. I thought this was extremely caring - a shining example of living the Golden rule. As illuminated in a Christmas Carol, they make mankind their business!”

“Dilene in Customer Service, and her associates, made up for some kind of a ghost that was in my order. She received info that the runners I had ordered were discontinued and so she emailed me. Then I looked online and saw a note on the page with my selection on it saying that the runners would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks, so I called Customer Service to ask if it was true. While D researched, I went to my mail service and THERE WERE THE RUNNERS I HAD ORDERED.”
