“Excellent service. Received my Karastan rug a week after order. Its beautiful. This was a first time order for me so I ordered a 3x5 rug for my entryway. I ordered a 9x12 Karastan from Macy"s on 7/30/21 and still have not got the rug. Timely delivery and quality product. My next Karastan order for an 8x10 will be placed with Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“Hello, I received the smaller rug I ordered but did not receive the larger rug. I was informed after the fact that it is back ordered until October and my credit card was charged for the rug I haven't received yet.”

“Hello! I can’t thank you enough for providing such great customer service to us! I placed an order on August 4th and it has already arrived! I had mentioned to the sales person that we were hoping it would be here for my birthday party on August 14 and you all made it happen! Thank you!! We truly appreciate it. :) Staci”

“It is a leap of faith when placing an order from a photo sampling; however, the Karastan Spice Market Saigon rugs proved to be much more than I anticipated. They are gorgeous, I am very pleased with the product and your service. PKR - Virginia Beach, VA”

“Great customer service. I ordered a rug in the evening and realized I had ordered the wrong size. I quickly emailed Incredible rugs of my mistake. When I called the next morning, they had read my email and was ready to call me.”

“Awesome! I ordered sample first. Loved it and immediately placed order for 8x10 rug. Rug shipped well before expected delivery (yay). Customer service great. Suggest you order a sample first as web photos don’t convey gorgeous colors and feel of rug. Plus they credit you the cost of the sample. Awesome all around! A great first time experience with Incredible Rugs and Decor. Thank you.”

“Wonderful! Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring that I’d actually get the rug (there was only one showing in inventory). After I called in to inquire within the first couple of days after being notified via email that it may “not” actually be in inventory. Mary answered and was pleasant and extremely helpful. She called me back that day - as promised, to confirm the order. It was shipped a short time later.”
