“I ordered the Nourison Graphic Illusions Grey Area Rug and am very happy with my purchase. The rug came within 2 days of ordering. I love the look of this rug, its much nicer than in the picture. The rug is a mix of grey with cream and light purple tones but they blend beautifully. I would highly recommend.”

“We bought this rug for our family room. I liked Incredible rugs & Decor's site, because I could browse by style rather than color. It was easy to get more information via email or Live Chat, though Live Chat is available only M-F during business hours. I also liked that there was no attempt to sell me an over-priced pad to help compensate for the discount on the rug. I had only one complaint with the ordering process. Because I ordered on Cyber Monday, it took 3-4 more business days to get my rug than estimated. That in itself was okay, but I wish someone from Incredible Rugs & Decor had emailed me that the warehouse was swamped and needed a few days to catch up. Instead I spent the weekend freaking out because my online order status hadn't changed since I placed it, even though my card had been charged. We had not been able to use the family room for almost a month, and we couldn't move the furniture back without the rug.”

“Overall, I am pleased with Incredible Rugs & Decor. I really liked that I could browse rugs by style. I was looking for a multi-color rug, but I had a couple styles in mind. So it was easier to shop by style than by color. Not all sites gave me that choice. Also, it was easy to get more information - I used both email and Live Chat. Email response was prompt. Live chat works only M-F, during business hours. I plan to buy another rug from them in the next month.”

“I can't say enough positive comments about my experience with Incredicle Rugs and Decor. The rug is perfect and the colors match the picture on the website. Steve was extremely helpful before, during and after the purchase. I have emailed him on several occasions and I generally get a reply within a few hours. He helped me with the choice of padding that wouldn't harm my new laminate flooring AND give me a refund for the free pad that came with the carpeting. I would highly recommend this company!”

“This is my third rug I've purchased from your company and once again I am very satisfied. This rug was out of stock at the time I order but was kept well informed as to when I could expect to receive it once it was restocked. You staff was very helpful. When I called with a question they were always happy to help and never hung up util they had made sure I was satisfied with the information. I recommend this company and will differently call again.”

“I chatted with a customer service representative before ordering. She was responsive and helpful. Since I placed the order, I received many updates communicating on order status. I had tried ordering other rugs from two other on-line rug sites. One took my order then few days later told me that the rug was discontinued even though I was told that they had it in stock. Then it took another 7 business days to get refund. On the contrary, incredible rugs knows their inventory and extremely responsive. I have no hesitation doing business with them.”

“So far not impressed! Got an email to review my experience but I haven't received my rug yet so that's why my review is poor. I ordered the rug on December 15th and a tracking label was made on December 19th but it has yet to leave the facility in Dalton, GA. So, until I have a new rug on my dining room floor I will not be happy.”
