“One of the rugs ordered was damaged in transit..UPS sent it back. Not the fault of this company, but I will write longer review when I see how long it takes for new rugs to be sent out again! People are very helpful on the phone!”

“The color was the problem to me .. it's not the same as pic ... it's more close to honey color but not chocolate color at all that's why I prefer to return it”

“My carpet it absolutely beautiful. It matches my purple suede couch perfectly. It is sold and the colors are vibrant. It arrived on the date promised. It is soft and really quite lovely.”

“I ordered a rug that looked great and they said the thickness was 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and that was not correct. It is very cheap looking and the identical rug is at Home Depot for a cheaper price. They are taking 95$ from my refund just to get a return label. I will never use this company again.”

I'm sorry the rug did not meet your expectations, Dianne. For future reference, keep our sample program in mind. It's a great way to test color/texture/thickness before ordering a 10 x 14 rug. It could save you quite a bit in return shipping expenses if the rug doesn't work out. Thanks. -Steve

“Nice quality rug for a reasonable price. The reason I gave and overall rating of average is that one of the prominent colors in the flowers on the rug was not in the description, and even though I did an on line chat with customer service to confirm the colors, that information was not given to me. Your on line photo and description of the colors in the rug are: black, tan, green and burgundy. Unfortunately, the flowers are more of an autumn orange with a tiny bit of burgundy shading. I am keeping the rug because it will be nice during the fall season, but I am definitely disappointed that I will not be able to use it year round like I had hoped.”

“I just verified, through another company, that the rug I received contained the wrong colors. Please advise what I am to do with the rug. It was supposed to be the Bali Frost, which has colors of white, purple, peach, etc. I received a rug with dark and light grays, light rust and dark rust. Very disappointed.”

“Very nice people. Doesn't seem to be a very well run company though. I ordered 4 rugs and they arrived in 3 separate shipments. Well 2 so far anyway. Prices were ok but it will be difficult to refer someone.”

Hi Rande, Thanks for your input. We typically ask the warehouse to ship items 'as available' so that each item is received to the customer as quickly as possible. This prevents an entire order being delayed if one item is not immediately ready to ship (especially if it's a rug pad or small decor item). If you prefer a single consolidated shipment, feel free to request that on your next order and we'll be happy to accommodate. Thanks again!

Hi Ardyce, I see that your order was placed over the Thanksgiving Holiday when the warehouse was closed, so it was processed on Monday. The rug and pad shipped out on Wednesday via UPS and should arrive to you early next week. The rug pad may arrive separately. I'll keep an eye on this and make sure you there are no problems.
