“I ordered a rug roughly six months ago. never got it then was informed of refund. A refund of 101.00 on a 131.00 dollar purchase six months later. No communication no apologies no explanations. Never again!!!!”

Hi Bruce. I'm sorry for the trouble with this order. I responded to your email on Nov 13th, just an hour after you reported the missing item. I emailed you again on Nov 18th and, since I never heard back from you, we issued a refund for the lost item. We refunded your full purchase price, which was $131 less a 20% discount that you were given at the time of purchase, so you should be all squared away. Thanks! Steve

“My wool rug smells musty. Because I have allergies to mold and mildew, I hope the odor subsides now that I've removed the rug from the plastic wrap. If it does, then my rating will be Very Good on all topics. Service was excellent for filling, confirming, shipping, and delivery of the order.”

Hi Jean, The Roosevelt Wheeler rug (or any thin rug) would benefit from our LuxeHold rug pad, which is rubber on the bottom and felt on top. It does a great job of holding the rug flat and also provides a bit of extra cushion adding life and comfort to the rug. Thanks again!

“Apparently the rugs I ordered had run out of stock at the warehouse. My order was made Nov. 11. I contacted (chat feature) customer service at least two times. The 2nd time I contacted them I was told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. The warehouse did not contact customer service that day. The next day I was told (after contacting CS again) that the warehouse had run out of the rug but more were arriving. I requested to keep my order open since more rugs were arriving any day. Finally, 10 days after my order was placed (and funds were taken out of my bank account), I received an email stating my rugs were shipping. Because of the lack of communication between Incredible rugs and a delay in receiving my order, I have to say that I am not very happy with the company. I was hoping to have the rugs by Thanksgiving. Perhaps, they could have shipped overnight so I still could have received them?”

“Good: LOVE the rugs, loved the selection and price. The colors were very true to the photos, and the price was fair for the quality of the rugs. When I chatted for help with the order, as I was trying to have the rugs delivered to a different address than my credit card, someone immediately came on and helped me. Bad: The rugs were delivered to the wrong address because your website evidently changed the address to "Place" instead of "Road." I knew there were other similar streets but I didn't even know there was a "Place" so I didn't enter it wrong. The neighbors called and we were able to pick up the rugs, although they had sat out a day and were covered in bird poop. Also, the website and my order say "free pads" but they were not delivered. I also would have appreciated an immediate email confirming my order. I wasn't sure what was going on because the email confirmation and notice of delivery arrived right before the delivery.”
