“The rug is light enough in weight that I could dry it after a rain by laying it over my outdoor furniture. It dried quickly. My first time with an outdoor rug - very durable and will last for years.”

“I ordered three rugs from Incredible Rugs and Decor and was very pleased with what I received. The rugs matched the images (unlike so many other sites) and the quality of the rugs was as described. The rugs came rolled and sealed in thick plastic tarp in about a week, faster even than I thought! Overall, the prices here are fairly average, but they frequently off discounts and sales, plus the rewards program gives you extra % off for signing up! This was my first shopping experience with them and they made decorating my new apartment a stress-free experience.”

“I was extremely impressed with Incredible Rugs- the first time I ordered a very large bold rug that did not work at all in my house, and Incredible Rugs took it back, even paying for the postage, no questions asked! My second order was just what I wanted, and now I am looking at placing a third order- way to go, Incredible Rugs!”

“Love the rug. I used it in my bathroom even though it was probably not designed to be used there. But the design was perfect for the decor and the plushness feels so good under my bare feet as I get ready each day. It fur the area perfectly too. I couldn't be happier with the delivery. Greatest experience ever.”

“Sorry to say but I did not have a good experience. I ordered a sample for a client. I was so surprised to find that the shipping time is SO slow. I waited only to have the item not arrive. When I called and asked to have the charged removed they did that but offered to send a new one for free. That one also never arrived. Frustrating experience.”

“I've purchased 2 different rugs from Incredible Rugs and Decor and love them both. They are soft and comfy underfoot and completely gorgeous. Rugs are often a huge investment, but here we find endless options, quality, and sizes at a fraction of the cost. I will probably order all of our rugs from this site going forward. Very impressed.”

“Beyond the fact that I love them, the two rugs I purchased have gotten a lot of raves from visitors to my home. They look as if they were custom-made for each room. I do recommend taking advantage of getting samples prior to ordering a full-size rug as colors and patterns viewed on a computer can be deceiving. I had to call and e-mail Incredible Rugs several times during the process and their customer service is "incredible" just like their rugs. I was able to reach someone within a ring or two and without pushing 1for this and 2 for that. I even received an e-mail early on a Sunday morning! I received the rugs much sooner than promised and a needed return was handled with absolutely no hassles on my part. I am usually very critical of any product or service I receive, and generally doubt reviews that seem too good, but Incredible Rugs exceeded my expectations in all areas. Keep up the good work, Steve.”
