“Online site made it very easy to order. I called customer service with a question about upgrading the free pad that came with the rug and they provided me the update info and even emailed me my order and gave me an additional discount on a already great price. The rug and pad arrived at the promised time and in great condition. It was a fantastic experience! Thank you!!!”

“I would actually need a higher scale for customer service. I was ordering 6 rugs so I really wanted to order them from one place. I found lower prices on 3 of the sizes on another site. I contact customer service and Steve helped me. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I was able to order all my rugs from your company. Next another room. Thank you!”

“Cyrena, the customer service representative, was very helpful! I ordered several "sample" 2x3 rugs prior to ordering the larger rug for our bedroom. I was able to return the "samples" at no cost to myself, unlike another rug company with whom I was also working. Also,the prices were lower at Incredible Rugs and Decor than any of the other on-line sites. I would definitely order from them again and recommend them highly.”

“Bought this rug for my daughter who has a log cabin to put inside her front door. Very pretty rug...nice design and colors. The border is more of a cranberry than red which I preferred. Quality was very good along with the price. Very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this rug. Also...would definitely buy again from Incredible Rugs and Decor. The price was reasonable, plus no tax, free shipping and extremely fast shipping. I'm a happy camper!”

“The whole process was very easy I called because I didn't hear if my red kit shipped and the young man who help his name is scapes me right now was very helpful. The only comment I have is when I go on your site it directs me immediately to payments and I don't know if it's my computer that's doing it or your website.
