“After looking at a bunch of different web sites for a new rug, we came across Incredible Rugs and Decor. The sites ability to refine the search criteria was excellent and simplified the vast quantity of rugs that the offered. We sort of knew what we were looking for, found similar ones elsewhere but nothing got us excited until looking at what IR&D had available. We found several that appealed to us and ultimately selected the perfect rug for our entrance foyer. IR&D had the best selection, price and service and they also include a slip preventing mat! What a deal!”

“First, there was a delay in shipping the order. The Tommy Bahama rug arrived today and the colors are nothing like the rug I chose from the photo; not even close. The colors in the photo are rich, gold and greens. The rug I received is bland, dark ecru colored, and even the green leaves on it are bland in color. The rug looks cheap in quality; not soft like in the photo. When this rug gets dirty, I'll throw it out. I am disappointed.”

“The site's integration with Facebook logins is actually very refreshing - updates through Facebook Messenger are great and I'm surprised more vendors do not use this feature. It helps keep me organized AND more likely to check on my status than through email. Selection is awesome, I find all the abstract and modern rugs that I've been looking for.”

“I received my rug today, a 3x5 washable rug for my entry hall. I am very happy with Incredible Rugs in every way......but I am a bit disappointed that the rug does not look the same in person as it does online, (ie, the colors are different than they appeared online) so it does not match the other rugs I have in the area. The rugs I own have blues and tans and dark rosy pink. The Popsicle rug looks online as if it would match. In person, the "tans" are actually lime green, the "dark rosy pink" is almost burgundy, and the blue matches my other rugs well, but it occurs only once in the carpet, not three times, as shown online. So the new rug really is not a good match. Still, it's a cute rug, and I will find a place for it. I don't know if you can be more exact in your photos. If not, I recommend that you list the colors in your DETAILS tab. If the color list had shown lime green (but not tan), I would have realized the image was somewhat distorted. Hopefully some constructive criticism. Thank you for great service.”

“Very easy to purchase, but site wouldn't allow me to set up account afterwards, Tried for 2 days then contacted customer service through email. Very friendly and has someone fixing problem. Haven't seen product yet. Received email it was shipped after 2 days. Unable to track due to the account issue.”
