“I have ordered two rugs from Incredible Rugs. One was damaged and fraying and they immediately started the process to replaced it. They made the process very easy and it was extremely fast. They kep tin contact me all the way. I knew that they would as thier service even before the purchase was excellent. Steve was fantastic and answered all my questions immediately. “I wish I'd found this site long ago. I bought matching rugs at Macy's and wanted another so I did a search instead of going right to Macy's. The price here was so much less. I recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“I have never bought a rug before that I hadn't seen in person and felt the touch of it. I am 100% happy with this rug. Communication with the staff both by phone and email, was excellent. I don't buy this kind of thing often so I am doubly pleased it turned out so well. I believe the color is even better in person than in the picture online.”
