“I have ordered two rugs from Incredible Rugs. One was damaged and fraying and they immediately started the process to replaced it. They made the process very easy and it was extremely fast. They kep tin contact me all the way. I knew that they would as thier service even before the purchase was excellent. Steve was fantastic and answered all my questions immediately. If I could rate them a 10 I would. You will not go wrong purchasing from them.”

“I have never bought a rug before that I hadn't seen in person and felt the touch of it. I am 100% happy with this rug. Communication with the staff both by phone and email, was excellent. I don't buy this kind of thing often so I am doubly pleased it turned out so well. I believe the color is even better in person than in the picture online.”

“I was pleased with the customer service and communication with team members leading up to the delivery of my area rug. I was very disappointed in the quality of the rug. It looked used, dirty old and had a bad odor. I know that is not the fault of Incredible Rugs as the rug came from the warehouse of a vendor on heir site. I'm being told I can't be refunded for the carpet, I can only be given a credit for the site. I will be very dissapointed if I cannot be refunded. There is no other rug I can find on their site that I like and I don't want to take the chance of getting another dirty rug from the Loilo warehouse. I'm hoping their customer service can take care of the refund as I am returning the carpet promptly. If it can not be taken care of I would change my customer service rating to poor.”

“One of the rugs ordered was damaged in transit..UPS sent it back. Not the fault of this company, but I will write longer review when I see how long it takes for new rugs to be sent out again! People are very helpful on the phone!”
