“This is my 2nd time making a purchase, and each time my rugs were delivered on time. The craftsmanship is great, they really dress up a wooden floor. There is no chemical scents emitting from the rug. So I'm assuming that they are safe for babies as well as pets, and me too. I would highly recommend this company when searching for a nice rug. Also, depending on the rug size, the pricing is reasonable. The colors even match what's on line too.”

“I ordered an 8’ x 11’ area rug [Oriental Weavers Kharma]. The web site was very easy to navigate and there was an amazing selection of patterns and sizes of just the Kharma line. I had some concern about ordering online but was extremely pleased with the appearance and quality of our new rug. The Rug and Pad (free) were shipped promptly from two different locations. (A number of sizes are on Back Order). The Pad is a decent thin (1/8”) “non-skid” pad … not a thicker cushioning pad … we ended up not using it as the rug had very nice pile. Overall, an excellent experience.”

“Very helpful and great customer service! Held the big rug we wanted until we received our sample and made sure it would work for us. Delivery company called us to set an appointment for delivering the large rug. Rug was delivered as scheduled. Our rug is perfect and we were pleased with the entire process. I’m ordering another one from Incredible Rugs!”
