“The rug I purchased was $200.00 cheaper than the same sold at a different site, It looks great and I'm very pleased with it, however it was delivered to the wrong address and were it not for the kindness of the people who it was delivered to - they brought i over to me and even brought it into my house, which I would not have been able to do, I don't know how it would have ended. I live in house No. 45, which was clearly written on the label; It was delivered to house No. 86. How the driver could be so incompetent boggles my mind.”

I ordered a rug that was shown as only 1 left in stock and received an email quickly after my order to let me know that they were going to check with the warehouse right away to make sure the inventory count was correct and that my rug was available. The rug was available and is on its way!”

“Great web site - where you are able to see the rug you would like to purchase right in your room ( uploading a picture ) .. really a great help in picking the right color and pattern . Great customer service with personalized e-mail to a single agent and information on the shipping time and methods and link to request more info if needed . Super fast shipping - item sent in less than 24 hours - Great price - my rug was $75 on Amazon but I purchased here for $59 . So overall a fantastic shopping experience and I’ll definitely be purchasing from this site again. Thank you!”

“So far so good. The shopping experience was smooth and easy. they had the item I wanted when other vendors had not had it, and the price matched what I'd seen for similar products in the same line elsewhere. With an extra holiday discount, free shipping and no tax it came out quite a lot less expensive! I'm very happy so far. If I receive the product I'm expecting in perfect condition and all goes equally smoothly with the delivery this review bumps up to 5 stars once the rug arrives.”
