“When I ordered the rug I was told it was in the warehouse and would ship FedEx; I was to receive it within 5 days.. after 2 weeks, I called and was told it would ship in a couple of days, and as soon as there was a tracking number I would receive an email. After 2 days I called back and was told I should have a tracking number soon. Finally, today, I have a tracking number. The only person who was able to dig into the issue and expedite my order is Grace in Customer Service. I had spoken with Noah twice and all I received from him was lip service., and no follow up. Grace actually took the time to contact the warehouse, expedite my shipment.and called me back. There needs to be consistency in the training and monitoring of the people in the phones.”

“We have bought at least 4 rugs from Incredible Rugs and have been extremely happy with the rugs and the service. In July we ordered another rug. It is December and we had to send numerous emails to find out when our rug was bring delivered. We find out today it is not coming in December but it is backordered to May next year. They have had my money since July. Shocking customer service and we will not be ordering again from this company. Be aware future customers.”

“IR&D have been fantastic to work with. The fact that they offer returnable/refundable (less discounted shipping) samples is a life saver that not many online rug distributors offer. I don't think that I would have been able to make a decision that I was truly happy with without seeing the rug in my room first. The return process was hassle free. I ended up purchasing a rug from IR&D on a Tuesday and received the rug by Thursday the same week! The customer service is personalized and immediate. IR&D has my return business for sure.”
