“AVOID KIWI AT ALL COST This is the 3rd flight change and the 2nd one that is completely unacceptable! Just on one holiday. flight time & Airport have changed. Delay in the layover of 3 hours with 1 stopover (changing the aircraft). I am disabled and can not do over 3 hours Delay & transfer aircraft. I should be compensated for this! Not charged Extra!! We booked a direct flight to Dallas from Orlando but you are offering an alternative flight for extra cost and charging £118.74 What you should be doing is Giving that flight for free + £118.74 for the inconvenience & delay! under regulation 261/2004 the airline {Travel agent / Operator} has a duty of care towards the passenger. Customer service is unwilling to help and says just pay the extra or cancel the flight with no refund!”

“After reading all the reviews I realized that I got myself in the same situation. Bought a ticket and it was canceled by this company. They are refusing to refund money. I have received a response that it will take 90 days which is ridiculous. Will contact Better Business Bureau ,and make sure I will let followers aware of this scam site.”

“SCAM and FRAUD Please stay away from this website. It's a big scam and fraud. Once they charge your card, then there won't be any support. I booked a flight ticket for USD $840 and accidently clicked the cancel button since it was top of the screen in the manage booking page. But I immediately called them within 5 mins and they said they can not either reissue the ticket or no refund. I'm going file a dispute as well as consumer report.”

“Two kiwi.com personnel I spoke on the phone with (on separate days) were going to have me pay an extra $300-$500 USD to either add a checked bag or increase the baggage weight from 20 kg to 32 kg. They were trying to cheat me out of money because Qantas air already includes a checked bag up to 32 kg. so I didn't have to pay anything extra. They/you are crooks who probably work on commission and keep money you cheat out of people! Terrible!!!”

“Do not use their services! When they have errors on the app this will reflect your price tickets once you go to the airport. I was charged for my boarding passes to be printed out due to Kiwi having an error - $119 and a luggage - $46 that was already included in the price! The customer service is completely useless as well. 100% would not recommend.”

“This is a scam website, I booked my ticket and accidentally put the wrong date on it. Since it was my first experience I was expecting that after cancellation within one hour of booking I will get full refund on my booking but they deduct everything and refund less than one percent of my ticket amount. I called the customer service and they told they can’t do anything as it’s their policy and I told them it’s not mention in your policy. Pathetic service and pathetic website to book tickets. Please avoid these scammers”

“I am super super disappointed with Kiwi.com - will never book via this provider. My flights were canceled due to the weather conditions and the Kiwi Support team did NOTHING! I called 15 times and no support at all. Awful”

“Horrible Horrible Horrible. I booked my flight through them and realised I accidentally booked the flight for the wrong day. I called them back within minutes of realising my error. They were unable to give a refund or help me switch my flight despite the fact that the airline I was flying with has a 24 hour cancellation policy. I do not recommend booking with them.”

“They took my money and do not give me a ticket. AVOID THIS APP AVOID THIS APP AVOID THiS APP They give me a fake number. I should provide a prove of a return ticket to my trip this is one of the requirment to the country i was going to. When I get to the airport the counter man tried many times to find my ticket but there was no ticket. I tried to contact them without any reply. They are a bug cheater 😡😡😡😡😡”

“This company just took my money and did not provide me ticket details. I have wasted my entire day trying to contact their customer service, nobody can help. Everyone is rude, especially the lady from "Czech Republic," SONYA T. (with an Indian accent). Do not waste your money with kiwi.com. No one will support you in case you have a problem.”

“Worst experience ever in airline ticketing. Kiwi does not send confirmed tickets; they only send tentative ones, even though they deduct the full amount. I checked directly with the airline's customer care, and the ticket is not in their system at all. I have lost my money, and Kiwi is not responding properly. Be very careful when booking through KIWI.com.”

“Booking 527165045. Ruined my summer vacation with my daughter and took 4k from me. A one month trip one became one night. I am heart broken. They did not will not help at all. And just try to get you to book another ticket. I used them in the past but all the horrible confusing upselling and clunky calendar functionality of their site makes it a dangerous place to arrange your travel. Avoid at all costs. They are still trying get me to book another ticket. Horrible!”

“I booked twice for a world travel. We canceled the 1st BOOKING within 24 hours. We have used the 2nd booking round the world trip. Kiwi is supposed to refund the 1st booking within 24 hrs or so. It has been about two weeks, I have not got the refund. My credit card is charging me twice. As Kiwi do not have good customer service email or phone communication is a problem. It's a $7500.00 refund expect it to be resolved soon. It is a frustrating experience.”

“Looks like you take bargain but when it comes to rebook or cancel, scam begins. they stall for days and do not fulfill the request. After 4 days offered more expensive change ticket than the new one. NO!!!!!!!”
