“Absolut erschreckend und im Ernstfall vollkommen unbrauchbar. Ich habe selten ein derart chaotisches, verantwortungsloses und frustrierendes System erlebt wie bei Kiwi.com und dieser sogenannten Reiseversicherung. Im konkreten Fall geht es um einen Todesfall eines Reisenden und trotzdem schafft es niemand einen klaren Ansprechpartner oder einen funktionierenden Ablauf bereitzustellen. Es ist praktisch unmöglich den Schadenfall überhaupt vernünftig einzureichen. Kontaktwege funktionieren nicht. Formulare führen ins Leere. Man wird nur zwischen Kiwi und AXA hin und hergeschoben bis man irgendwann entnervt aufgibt. AXA findet angeblich keine Police. Kiwi verweist auf AXA. AXA reagiert nicht. Niemand übernimmt Verantwortung. Niemand hilft wirklich. Und genau das macht die Situation so unfassbar enttäuschend: Öffentlich antwortet Kiwi schnell auf Bewertungen damit andere Kunden denken das Problem würde bearbeitet werden. In Wirklichkeit passiert absolut nichts. Per Email oder Telefon meldet sich niemand. Keine echte Hilfe. Keine Lösung. Keine vernünftige Bearbeitung. Nur öffentliche Standardantworten für die Außendarstellung. Für mich wirkt dieses gesamte System im Ernstfall wie ein kompletter Zusammenbruch sobald wirklich etwas Ernstes passiert. Wer glaubt hier im Notfall Unterstützung zu bekommen sollte sich das sehr gut überlegen. Für mich absolut eine der schlimmsten Support Erfahrungen überhaupt.”

“Booking ID: 726762861 Very poor experience with Kiwi.com. My flight was cancelled by the airline, yet I still haven’t received my refund after weeks of waiting. Customer support keeps repeating the same message: “we are following up with the airline,” without giving any timeline or solution. No accountability, no clear answers — just delays. I provided all requested information multiple times, but the process feels intentionally slowed down. At this point, I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank. I would not recommend Kiwi.com. If something goes wrong, don’t expect real support or timely refunds.”

“If I could give 0 i would I was late for a connecting flight due to the airline its been 5 weeks and still no refund or response from the company wouldn't use this company again and strongly suggest no one uses this site.”

“Not even 1 star. I booked our flight and selected seats. When I checked in today, our seats were not reserved even tho our confirmation from Kiwi had assigned seating. Allegiant said Kiwi never purchased the upgraded seats so now we are in the last row. Never will book again with Kiwi.”
