I have booked a flight with Kiwi.com. The flight was cancelled by the carrier. Kiwi.com refunded the flight payment, but they refuse to refund the 200 $ i paid for seating.

Avoid at all cost for the sake of your own sanity! Our flight was cancelled, and we were not even notified by kiwi.com about this situation. Although the airline has said that we are entitled to a full refund, we can only process this via kiwi.com…their customer service is appalling and the refund links on their website do not work! Never again

My flight was rescheduled and kiwi was supposed to accept the changes on my behalf which they didn’t, hence I couldn’t checkin online.. when i got to the airport i was told to pay £205 for airport check in , i told them that i tried to check but it was unavailable.. they told me the reason i couldn’t check in is because my agent didn’t accept the changes.. i tried to call them for a refund but they said they can’t refund!! I wish i had read the reviews before booking with them😢

My family booked a flight with lufthansa through kiwi, and i have been trying to get a passenger receipt proving i flew with them, however since I got the tickets with kiwi they are the only ones able to provide it. I cant find a page in their website dedicated to them and there is no way possible to contact them since I myself have not booked any flights! It is unacceptable that they dont provide communication for customers without a booked trip!

Never try them. It is a waste of time and money. No sense of customer satisfaction. i cancelled directly through the Airlines 2 weeks before the date of departure. The Refund will be going to Kiwi. But the twist is that Kiwi will only refund 10 EUR as Credit to book from their site the next time u plan ur travel. Who will ever plan? I will post this in facebook and all other social media. At least in this era of customer satisfaction people should not take us for granted just for easy money.

Booked a return flight Calgary to Winnipeg March 2024 departing flight was cancelled due to weather after sitting on tarmac for 2hrs and passengers deplaned. Total runaround in trying to get any where with KIWI as far as a refund or credit for the cancelled flight. I would have to agree with the over 1100 reviews of customers with dissatisfied experiences with this company, lesson learned, don't be another scam victim

My flight was cancelled by carrier, and all flights in the region were cancelled due to outburst of local conflict. Airline refunded kiwi immidiately, but they avoided repay me for 7 months, playing dumb, and eventually refunded me only for half of the price. And this is despite I purchaced kiwi guarantee - stay away from them - scammers and thiefs!

Our experience with Kiwi.com was incredibly stressful. Despite booking our flights six weeks in advance, I discovered I was flying standby and had to plead with the airline to let me on the flight. We narrowly avoided canceling our trip. Throughout the process, Kiwi.com proved unreliable. Their app provided completely false updates whenever our flight was delayed. On the return trip, Kiwi.com only allowed us to check in for one of our flights. I likely would have been flying standby again had I not persistently called customer service and pleaded with them to book us for our connecting flight. This, despite having booked our flights six weeks earlier. It was a terrible, stressful experience. I don't understand how this company stays in business. I will actively advise friends and family to avoid Kiwi.com at all costs.

So! Back in December 2023 I booked a trip from London to Colombo (Sri lanka) through Kiwi.Com. I found it through Skyscanner and it looked a good deal. It Involved traveling from Luton to Budapest with Wizz Air and then Budapest to Hamman again with Wizzair and then on to Colombo with Sri Lanakan Airlines. All the flights lined up nicely time wise and worked out at a reasonable cost. Then!! Later in December Kiwi contacted us and advised that the Budapest to Hamman leg of the trip had been canceled by the carrier, which rendered the rest of the trip useless. Kwik gave us some alternatives, all of which required a significant increase in fare and travelling time shot up from 18hrs to 3 days (72hrs). In the meantime I had been looking on skyscanner myself and found a couple of routes that worked well!! I put a price hold on one (with kiwi) and went back to them to tell them that everything was OK and I’d solved the problem for them!! They said that their terms and conditions did not allow this and I had to choose from the options they had given. I asked if I could just cancel the Luton to Budapest leg of the journey but was told I could not and would need to cancel all flights in the package!! What an absolute scam!! Eventually,I canceled the whole trip, they promised I would get a partial refund fairly quickly although I could have to wait up to 3 months due to their terms and conditions!! They wouldn’t even refund my price hold that I did to try to solve the problem for them. And yes!! You’ve guessed it 6 months later I’ve only just received a paltry £190 for 2 flights to Sri Lanka. Beware when using Trip Advisor and companies like Kiwi that they are very unprofessional and limited in their approach to help you. I now just use Skyscanner as a tool and book the flights direct with the airlines. You’d be stupid to do anything else.

I needed to change my flight. Horrible communication and they didnt help me at all. In the end I lost my money and had to buy new ticket. Never again anything with kiwi!!!

I do not recommend this company, scammers and thieves.  Our flight was canceled, leaving us stranded and without any option to return home.  The only thing they offered was a flight 4x more expensive than the previous one and they told us to pay extra!!!!  Telephone service very rude, offering no help!!!

Awful awful experience. Initially it looks like the flights are cheaper than going directly through the airline. They charged over double in checked baggage than the airline!! Realised too late and their cancellation policy means only a 10Euro refund (???) DO NOT USE EVER. Wasted €600.

Kiwi.com is irresponsible and unprofessional. They made an error and didn’t book my original direct flights. Less than two weeks before departure, I discovered this mistake. Instead of correcting it, they offered a refund or an alternative with a short connection and took no responsibility for disruptions. I found out my original flight was still available but at a higher price, making it seem like they were trying to book me on a cheaper flight. I did not accept their offer and booked an alternative. Very disappointed with their service. Shame on you, Kiwi.com.

company refunded me 10€ from 710€ , gave me the wrong flight dates and after i tried suing them with the european consumer service , they said they would give me my money back (700€) which is taking a month now , pure scam.

Kiwi sold us travel hack tickets without warning me. Meaning they sold us a round trip from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale and a round trip from Fort Lauderdale to Barranquilla. So if we are late to Fort Lauderdale from Barranquilla we A. Have missed our flight to Chicago and B. We will be forced to buy another plane flight, just to get to Chicago from Fort Lauderdale. Also my information was not transferred to Spirit Airlines so I had no other choice but to wait in line to receive my boarding tickets. I’m very upset about using Kiwi.com. I won’t ever do business with a third party again

We recently travelled to Malaysia from Dubai and used Kiwi.com as our travel agent. On the return leg of our joruney they notified us that our carrier had changed our flight from Hyderabad to Muscat, which would result in us missing our final flight from Muscat to Dubai. After reaching out to their support line, we were instructed to purchase a flight independently by one of their agents, because they claimed that the carrier would not compensate us for the flight. We did this, but when we arrived in Hyderabad we were given a complimentary flight by the carrier, which means that the flight that the Kiwi.com agent instructed us to purchase was completely unnecessary. We applied for a refund for that flight or even just credit on the Kiwi.com app but we met with rude and unethical responses from their customer service team. I would not recommend EVER booking a flight or any form of travel through Kiwi.com, they are an awful company.
