Give me my refund guys. Your customer service is the shittiest one J ever experienced. Not reliable at all. So unfair that you are going to refund a little amount only. This is hard earned money. So please stop cheating on innocent people.

Like so many others I had to cancel my flight reservations due to the Covid19 Pandemic. I was scheduled to fly with Air Europe on April 11, 2020. So obviously I had to cancel. I spent a total of $793 in airfare and the only 2 options they gave was a refund of $10.75 or to buy the ticket again for the same amount only discounting $10.75 which it's pretty unfair that the options they gave me were the same change policy they always have. Regardless that's a very FRAUDULENT change policy of theirs. I even called them and all they said to me was that since they returned to me $10.75 they can't do any more changes they have to stick with the same policy rules... How on earth in this crisis this company it's staying with the same change policy??? not having a plan when a pandemic like this happening it's very unprofessional and it's a negligence playing with people money like this. It's the first time having a inconvenience with an flight booking site. I will make sure everyone knows that KIWI.COM ITS FRAUDULENT AND ITS A INCOMPREHENSIBLE BOOKING SITE.. calling them a booking site even sounds short for them and it's a shame fvor the others. NEVER AGAIN. If i ecould give them 0 I would. THEY'RE A SCAM.

These are scammers. My flights where cancelled and company returned money to them but they only offered one 1/5 of the money back to me.

Seriously exactly what everyone below has described. I booked a flight through this service. My flight was cancelled and I was offered 10% of my original cost. They hung up on me everytime I called for support and I'm just flabbergasted about all the "positive reviews" that enticed me to use this site.

I believe Kiwi.com is a total scam. We booked flights on March 1st for March 30th travel. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, we had to cancel and we received a credit of $15.46 for the $1610.38 that we spent. Now, Air Canada gave us a total refund for the outward bound flights that we canceled. That Kiwi.com is taking advantage and making off from this pandemic is horrendous!! AirTransit didn't pocket that money, Kiwi.com did! Unbelieveable!! Spread the word that Kiwi.com is a total scam!!!

I hate that I even have to give them 1 star. Worst experience ever! Constantly having multiple reps telling me to do different things & each time asking for more money to investigate. There’s nothing to investigate the airline canceled the flight!! Do not use!!

kiwi is enriched by customers' money. Booked a flight for 1200 € that was canceled, they offered me 100 € kiwi credit and maybe to get my money back, I should pay 20 € again and wait 6 months without any guarantee. There are many victims, they are Corona profiteers. I feel cheated

DO NOT USE kiwi.com NEVER! They scam their customers. I wanted to change dates for a cancelled flight due to COVID-19 GLOBAL situation. They refund only $10 on a $500 ticket. If you want to change dates or re book the flight, you will be charged for the full amount on the new reservation and have a “discount” of $10. A sad joke. It is incredible how they are taking an advantage on their own customers during this terrible situation. I want my money back!

Kiwi.com / coronavirus scammers kiwi is using the virus to scam peoples money there not refunding money for cancelled flights they use there own credit card so they can keep the refunds there still selling flights to countries you can not fly to they left me stranded in the philippines when I call they put me on hold for hours then just hang up on me everytime they dont answer emails time for lawsuits.

flights git cancelled and even though the airlines are refunding all the money kiwi does not... they even say we should pay in order to get our money nack...plus I learnt about the cancellations grom the airlines and not them...

Naturally, I had to cancel a flight due to the pandemic. They refused to follow up for the refund due from the carrier and insisted that my cancellation was voluntary because I completed it online. I'm wondering why I used them anyway. Their fee structure is convoluted, they offer no value and should be out of business.

More than 1600 victims on fb group. Post Gmap reviews to fight this scam! There are more than 1600 victims of kiwi.com on Facebook group. The company cares more about their reviews here than the actual service. I paid for extra insurance and service to get an actual service. Waiting for an hour and 20 minutes ON THE LINE; hearing the same instructions saying waiting time 35 minutes. Always automatic answering machine. I used the company before when it was great. Now it's a joke. The instructions are very confusing. I asked for a refund, and they refunded me immediately for 9 pounds! What a scam. I will go through legal action to get my money back for sure. You can not expect customers to click some buttons and the company takes all your money. I'm still on the line when the company has time to reply here but not answering my call. What is the customer direct line? Where can I find it? I tried to look at the site thoroughly. My flight is going in three days time. Again, its a joke to instruct people to customer support but the customer support is not working. Aweful and hellish company. DO NOT USE Kiwi.com.
