I have booked flight with Kiwi and they canceled my booking after two days. I lost lot off options booking my flight in different websites. I have emergency in the family and can’t book other flight because kiwi will not return my money. BOOKING NUMBER 196 496 729 BOOKING STATUS Processing Sold out trip While processing your booking, we were informed by the airline that all available seats for your flight are sold out. We found a similar itinerary which we can book for you without any additional payment.

Absolute scam. Booked flights for June 2021, cancelled within 2 days of booking. I was asked by the company to apply for a refund and did so in early July 2021. Emailed and messaged them repeatedly until November 2021 and ended up having to put a claim in with my bank. Only then did I hear from them and they’re still trying to argue they haven’t received my refunds. Received a small amount back from my bank in late Jan but am waiting anything else.

Two very bad experiences with them : surbooking bad experience and no refund when airline allows it! Tip for consumers: Just don't use this site... go directly to airlines companies!! it's even cheaper sometimes than on Kiwi.com!! and they will refund you if you have a problem... Not as Kiwi who keeps the monney arguing that it is their terms and policy while airlines have probably refund Kiwi for the non used flight... Impossible to get a refund!!!!

As all the other reviews clearly say. It’s a scam. I’m still waiting after 2 years for a 300 euros ticket refund. Worst website ever.

Two days before my flight l, I contracted COVID. I immediately contacted KIWI, telling them what happened and I even told them I would send them my paperwork from the emergency hospital. I asked if I could reschedule and just pay for the price difference. They said NO. I asked if I could get a refund, the first time I called and they said yes 11Euros is what I was going to get. I said what the F**ck. That didn't even cover the tax. I was told Covid was not covered in their policy. Adding insult to my injury. Anyway, so I went online, tried to cancel my flight coz they said they couldn't do it on their end and to my surprise it was telling me $0 was what I was going to get. In other words, I got nothing from the $1600 ticket that I didn't even use. Way to go KIWI for robbing people off their money!!!!! I salute Delta and Southwest airlines for my domestic flights coz they gave my money back no questions asked!.. Lessons learned, do not book with KIWI eventhough it's cheaper. Book directly with the airlines! I would give KIWI a 0star or a negative star if I could.

TOTAL SCAM, STOLE MY MONEY, NEVER SENT TICKETS..WE BOOKED A ROUND TRIP FOR ONE PRICE AND CLICKED BUY.. THEY SENT US BACK ONE WAY TICKET FOR TWICE THE PRICE AND INSISTED WE AGREED WHEN WE CLICKED BUY THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO REFUND OUR MONEY OR CHANGE THE FLIGHT AND DID NOT EVEN SEND US TICKETS OR ANY PROOF OF PURCHASE, JUST THE BILL.. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY. WE ARE IN OUR SEVENTIES, LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME AND TRYING TO VISIT OUR ONLY SON IN PORTLAND AND THESE CRUEL BASTARDS STOLE OUR MONEY....

Cancellation means nothing for them even you cancelled the ticket 10 hours after you booked. Also, even you called the airlines and they agreed to refund you. But, if kiwi.com didn't cancel your ticket, you can't get the refund either (I also spent a lot of money to make an international call to kiwi.com, the officer is like robot to say "we are processing your application") . Really bad experience and very unrecommended.

Hi all, Don't buy any tickets with kiwi. They are not reliable and it's impossible to contact their customers service. I was coming back to Ireland from Dominican Republic last week. Kiwi didn't send my boarding passes and asked me check in directly with the airline. On the morning of my flight, the airline said that there are no boarding passes for me but that they can see my name in their system 3 times,all 3 times cancelled ?!? I had to buy a new ticket and spend more than $2400,out of pocket, to be able to be back at work in time last Monday. I asked last week for a refund and still I haven't received not even an answer from them. I am nurse and after these critical and difficult years, I was really looking forward to have a nice vacation. They managed to ruin that too.. without considering the consistent economical loss. If I could give them a zero star, I would. I will definitely move my refund forward with the appropriate authorities,this is a theft!

It's a complete scam. They keep your tickets under their own email address, so you are not even able to access your booking. Thieves.

⛔ SCAM! ⛔ Kiwi.com is impossible to reach by phone. They will not give you a refund even if you 'play' by all their rules. They will answer emails but make up new demands one after another so that is imposdible to get a refund. They are scammers! They do not deserve any stars what so ever. Think twice before you purchase....

Absolutely avoid this lot!! My son and his partner are currently travelling South America and are looking to change their flights. The airline are more than happy to do this at a reasonable cost, but couldn't make the change until they had my sons email. He gave the email and the airline said it was wrong, so he gave his partners email which was also incorrect. Apparently, when Kiwi booked with the airline they gave an email of their own and when my son asked for this email so he could relay back to the airline, Kiwi refused to give it to him, but they are more than happy for him to rebook the flights through them at 3 times the price. Be aware people!

Save yourself money and hassle and book through the airlines! If ANYTHING goes wrong with your flights Kiwi will NOT do anything to help you or to compensate you. All their extra $ add-ons are completely bogus and a big scam to get money. I bought a ticket right at the time that pandemic started and recognized I made a mistake about time due to the stress and pressure that I was under while all countries were closing all their borders. I called them less than a min after purchasing the ticket and they were not willing to help me to change the ticket and they stole $1200 from me. Never ever use them, they are not human.

I purchased 3 tickets from SG to MNL, 3 days before the flight I received an email from them stating that my flight was cancelled. When I checked with the airline itself they told me that the flight is not cancelled at all. It’s to late for me to take a swab test so I need to book new tickets. I called them and emailed them until now nk reply from.

Horrible experience with refund. The refund was promised to be done within 3 months. Instead they took 10 months and finally DID NOT make any refund. Instead paid in form of "Kiwi credit"

Kiwi needs be more considerate and offer refunds or vouchers when u are not able to travel because u or a love one has contracted covid and u want to do the right thing and NOT travel and EXPOSE other people! Will never use KIWI again!!!

I had such a bad experience with Kiwi.com, I booked a trip to Greece, paid for 2 suitcases and had to pay again when I checked in. They have not refunded yet and said they will investigate and only then maybe pay $180 back! It’s unacceptable and the airline checkin desk said Kiwi.com are known for this. They are quick to charge and not in a hurry to refund mistakes they are responsible for. I do not recommend using them ever again.
