Absolutely avoid this lot!! My son and his partner are currently travelling South America and are looking to change their flights. The airline are more than happy to do this at a reasonable cost, but couldn't make the change until they had my sons email. He gave the email and the airline said it was wrong, so he gave his partners email which was also incorrect. Apparently, when Kiwi booked with the airline they gave an email of their own and when my son asked for this email so he could relay back to the airline, Kiwi refused to give it to him, but they are more than happy for him to rebook the flights through them at 3 times the price. Be aware people!

Save yourself money and hassle and book through the airlines! If ANYTHING goes wrong with your flights Kiwi will NOT do anything to help you or to compensate you. All their extra $ add-ons are completely bogus and a big scam to get money. I bought a ticket right at the time that pandemic started and recognized I made a mistake about time due to the stress and pressure that I was under while all countries were closing all their borders. I called them less than a min after purchasing the ticket and they were not willing to help me to change the ticket and they stole $1200 from me. Never ever use them, they are not human.

I purchased 3 tickets from SG to MNL, 3 days before the flight I received an email from them stating that my flight was cancelled. When I checked with the airline itself they told me that the flight is not cancelled at all. It’s to late for me to take a swab test so I need to book new tickets. I called them and emailed them until now nk reply from.

Horrible experience with refund. The refund was promised to be done within 3 months. Instead they took 10 months and finally DID NOT make any refund. Instead paid in form of "Kiwi credit"

Kiwi needs be more considerate and offer refunds or vouchers when u are not able to travel because u or a love one has contracted covid and u want to do the right thing and NOT travel and EXPOSE other people! Will never use KIWI again!!!

I had such a bad experience with Kiwi.com, I booked a trip to Greece, paid for 2 suitcases and had to pay again when I checked in. They have not refunded yet and said they will investigate and only then maybe pay $180 back! It’s unacceptable and the airline checkin desk said Kiwi.com are known for this. They are quick to charge and not in a hurry to refund mistakes they are responsible for. I do not recommend using them ever again.

This outfit is a ripoff outfit. I got lucky since I used a credit card so I got my $5,996 back through a credit card dispute. Please, Please, Please stay away from these crooks!!!!! I'g give them a minus 10 if I could.

They weren't able to add the seat I ordered to my flight. They promised a refund, but it has never been sent. They deleted their email address after some communication. After four months still nothing has happened. Their helpdesk doesn't answer. It seems they just have stolen my money. Legal action will be taken.

Its a complete bulls**t website. I had to book the flight tickets since i had no other option. i spoke to the airlines myself and they were refunding me the complete cost but since it booked via KIWI, the payment went to them to return while KIWI tells me that the carrier has refused to refund. I am going through lows of my life and this blow has hit me harder than anyother time. I RECOMMEND AGAINST using kiwi.com ever. They are total scammers. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO PUT ZERO STARS.

Kiwi is operated by a bunch of fraudsters, scam and cheaters do not believe them, I purchased a ticket to travel from Bangalore, India to Sydney, Australia via multiple airlines in oct 2021 the airport did not accept the ticket after so much complication i managed to travel to Maldives there they held me like a criminal and deported back to Delhi saying the ticket issued by Kiwi.com cannot be accepted it is not a valid ticket i paid $3,000 australian dollars everything gone in a drain not only that It was so humiliating and after reaching delhi there i had to go through deportation process and finally i spent another $2,000 to purchased another ticket from a different travel agent and reached sydney. these bastards should be pay their penalty somebody should action against these bunch EU fraudsters

I don't recommend this website. I booked a multi-city flight. Kiwi found a cheap ticket that I purchased happily. in less than 2 weeks the trip was canceled more than 7 times. Each time, I was urged to add fees to book a new itinerary, which I did 6 times. And 2 days before my trip, a portion of the flight was canceled one more time. This time, I decided to cancel the ticket. I introduced a claim to be refunded all canceled flights with no satisfying answer. Finally, Kiwi confirmed that one of the air companies has refunded me. Now, I am still waiting for the refund 7 months later. I think their management is filthy, rude and there is reason to believe that kiwi is not customer friendly.

Stay away from this site. They separate my child and me on a flight 25 rows while their automatic check in. Called 10 times, no understanding no help They dont care

Hello, I have booked a continuous flight from Chennai to Bahrain to Dubai Air Gulf airline through KIWI website they took 24H to confirm the ticket by sending me two tickets (separate reservation No.) in one pdf of the same root Chennai to Bahrain in one ticket and Bahrain to Dubai in another ticket with different reservation No. at the airport refused to check in my flight because I do not have a Bahrain visa because it's a separate flight, not a continuous flight. I got in touch with air gulf customer service and they said there is no root as kiwi booked and they made it separate. finally, this mistake by KIWI cost me the whole flight cost and they deny the mistake, kept manipulating, fobbing, and didn't refund or compensate for this ticket I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BOOK THROUGH KIWI AGENCY

iwi.com is scammers Kiwi.com is scammers. They will sell tickets to you while a airport is not operating. You are not able to use the app to talk to customer service, cancel a ticket or request a refund. Even thought they never update the flight status as canceled they don’t communicate to you. NEVER USE KIWI.COM….they are SCAMMERS!!!

I booked through Kayak and I was redirected to Kiwi.com. I paid for a return flight for three passengers but the carrier only had a return ticket for one of the passengers. It has taken me six days constantly calling Kiwi agents to resolve this matter and as I write, I still do not have my two return tickets. They keep telling me they are awaiting a response from the airline but when I call the airline they say they have not had any communication with Kiwi.com. The response from them is always the same; 'the reservation team have my query, I should be patient and they will communicate soon.' Soon has reached to a few hours just before my flight and there is still nothing from their side. I would advise anyone daring to book through Kayak/Kiwi NOT TO DO IT. Give yourself peace of mind and find another much reliable agent. Its absolutely frustrating and not worth the few moneys you save from not buying directly with the airline.

I used kiwi.com to book my recent trip, I made it to my destination and back but I'll probably never use kiwi.com again. The only reason I booked my ticket on kiwi.com is for the lower price but that came at a huge cost i.e. inconvenience, stress during travel and also more actual cost in terms of dollars. I'd consider kiwi.com if and only if my itinerary does not include any stopovers OR if the entire trip is booked on a single airline OR if it is booked as single ticket even with multiple airlines. Details.... 1. Usually airline tickets are booked based on one main airline(a single ticket). i.e. that airline is responsible for arranging alternatives if a delay or cancellation occurs for some reason. kiwi.com on the other hand books tickets separately i.e airline handling one leg of your travel is not aware of your next leg. if for some reason your flight in the first leg gets delayed and you don't make it to the flight in next leg, the airline is not going to help you in anyway because as far the second airline is concerned your trip is originating in the middle they do not know and are not concerned that you trip started somewhere else and either airline will be responsible for missing your connection. kiwi.com can help if you signed up for some kind of protection which comes at extra cost 2. Being separate tickets and different airlines your baggage is not checked-in to your final destination. so you have to pickup your baggage and re-checkin with the next airline. this in itself does not sound too bad but consider leaving secure side of the airport going to baggage carousel, pick up your bags go to the airline counter and recheck-in your baggage and get new boarding passes and again pass through security. 3. Being separate airlines the connections are not always in the same terminal or terminals that are internally connected. You might have to collect your baggage and leave the airport, arrange travel to the terminal of the other airline.... 4. The previous point made it very difficult for me during COVID times. My PCR test which was done within the acceptable time(72 hrs for my country of destination at the time of my journey) at the start of my journey became unacceptable because the next airline treats as if your journey is beginning there. So I ended up having to leave airport find a place where I could get another COVID test and pay the airline for rescheduling the ticket for my next leg. All in all kiwi.com is not fraud they do book the tickets and they are cheap at first, but by the time you add all the protections which come at a cost, the tickets are not cheap anymore and at that point I'd rather deal with airline for any issues than with kiwi.com's customer service. Don't book on kiwi.com for the price when you add the necessary protections the price goes up and goes up significantly.

Still waiting on refund from April 2020. Jet2 said they have paid back Kiwi but Kiwi dont want to give the money. Avoid
