SCAM COMPANY STOLE £58 from me for showing me a price for a flight that I did not book!! Was told the price would stay the same for 72 hours if I wanted to book it and after 72 hours if I chose not to book then the flight would disappear. I then had some bad news which meant I couldn’t go on this date and called them up only half an hour after getting this price to advise and was told they had taken 10% of the price of the flight (which I hadn’t booked) and wouldn’t return it!!! I have been onto my bank who are raising a dispute and they agree what they have done is illegal, as I didn’t book or buy anything, so how can a fake deposit be taken??? DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I picked kiwi because it was cheaper than directly going to the airline and regardless of the reviews I didn't think an issue would happen with me and I was wrong. Unless you buy the "Kiwi Guarantee" you will not be supported. My flight with WizzAir was severely delayed and legally they offer an alternative or refund and this states it in the website. Kiwi maintained that because I don't have the guarantee I will have to pay regardless even though the carrier has offered it for free. I tried to manage this directly with WizzAir, unfortunately Kiwi uses their account to book your ticket so my booking details were under their WizzAir account hence I could not manage it. Forget about Kiwi's customer service, it was back and forth with either people who do not know what to do, or with robots. Finally after stress, I managed to find a number for WizzAir after a lot of digging and they let me book an alternative flight for free despite me booking via a third party. An excellent service from them. You're better off paying more to book directly with the carrier. Stay away.

Bad and worst ever selling flights tickets online, avoid it to save your money, if you risk and book with them you may end up spending the triple of a regular ticket, if you don't purchase extras they might cancel your booking and ask you to book again and for extra $$$$

The worst travel agency ever. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. They deserve -100 stars for their service. Kiwi steals money from their customers, as well as lying to them. They would cancel your flight on your behalf, and then offer you to book another flight full of charge. Do not spend a single penny to this company. AVOID KIWI IN ANY WAY

ITS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! The WORST travel agency EVER. Please do not book anything with them. It's an absolute SCAM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save your time, money and nerves. They lie to their customers, cancel flights on your behalf without your permission, and then refusing to provide you details regarding your flight. After all, the only resolution they find it's finding you alternative flights for additional $1200. They are just making money on you. PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ANY COST! Do not let them fool you! Please please please

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I bought a flight itinerary from Malaga, Spain, to Missoula, Montana, for August 31st. The itinerary involved 4 flights, and the final leg of the journey, from Chicago to Missoula, was cancelled by United Airlines. I was given 2 options from Kiwi.com, either I could use what I already paid as a credit and book a new itinerary where I would have to pay the difference, or I could receive an assisted refund for the $1263.67, I opted for the latter, and after a week and a half I received 180 dollars and was told that this would be all I would be refunded. Not only this, but less than two weeks after purchasing, I was informed that my father died of a heart attack. I relayed this information to Kiwi.com in order to receive a refund due to the death of an immediate family member, but still nothing. There was no reason for doing so either, just the simple "Sorry, it's not our policy to refund these fares". Under no circumstances should you book with Kiwi.com, my father died, and they didnt care. Take this as a warning.

Kiwi.com are conmen. They advertised “get 10€ off” the flight price when subscribing to newsletter and then made it impossible to use the discount code they sent. Then they contacted me to say “there is a problem with my provided ID (passport picture, never had a problem with it before) so Ryanair (first leg of my journey) didn’t accept it, which somehow meant Kiwi cannot check me in and I’m likely to have to pay extra 55€ to check in at the airport - obv if they quoted 55€ more I would have not naught these flights! They are nothing but a criminal gang.

Kiwi is 100% SCAM! I wish I had read other people's reviews about this Scam , as hundreds of people had horrible experiences with Kiwi based on reviews on the Internet, and On Facebook there is a campaign to warn people about staying away from this Scam company. Be cautious as you will be scammed, just take a look at other people experience and on Facebook search for " KIWI travel agency are thieves " group and you will find hundreds of people who got Scammed by Kiwi, anyway as I mentioned in my first review because of their misleading website I bought saver ticket and 48 hours later which was 1 month before the flight , I got noticed that my travel documents take more time to arrive that's why I asked Kiwi to refund me or at least reschedule my flight that they didn't accept it, after that as it was a connecting flight one of the them had changes in departure and as I bought protection plan from Kiwi ( Scam company ) I wanted to cancel that flight and ask for refund as I had protection plan already that I bought from this Scam but they ignored my request and after contacting them a few times they said it will be considered as voluntary cancelation and it depends on the airline company that they refund you or not ? What the heck ? When I bought a ticket from them, I also had a protection plan, which I think was another trick that they use to rob more money from you; otherwise, later, they do nothing for you. Long story short, after many contacts, they refunded me 32 Euros while they ate my 900. The funny thing is, I paid them about 25 dollars just for that protection plan, but you can not do anything with this scam. They are exactly like an experienced thief: after robbing you, they run away, and then they play with the words, and at the end of the day, you feel bad for being scammed by a company that is allowed to rob people legally based on their rules. I have just worked with Canadian and US companies, and I have not faced such a horrible experience. Now, honestly, I am worried for my bank information that I used to buy tickets from this scam, as they might share my bank information with other scammers or... Just be away from this SCAM

I booked an air ticket through Kiwi.com and had to cancel due to bad weather. Kiwi support team did not help at all and the air line was kind enough to issue me a voucher for the amount I paid. The voucher details were copied to kiwi as they were the issuing party of the ticket. When I tried to book a flight using the voucher it was already used. After so many emails and calls with air line and kiwi agents, kiwi agreed that it was used by their travel agent. Now it is already 6 months passed and they still saying it is under investigation. Still I did not receive my money or the voucher.

I bought an indirect flight with a shirt connection. I added a transfer guarantee, extra charge. Although the first flight wasn't late, we (there 5 people in my situation) didn't make the flight and had to look for another flight, only 7 hours later. Kiwi didn't take any responsibility and didn't reimburse me for the new ticket. They referred me to a hidden section in the contract that says I had to contact them first. I told them that they have no phone number, only a chat that can take up to 4 hours for them to get back to me and when I was looking for a flight, from the airport, there was one last ticket for that day so I went ahead and booked it. They didn't reimburse me for anything!! Another thing, I wasn't able to check in online via their app and in the airport in manchester, Ryan air told me I had to pay 55 gbp since I booked via Ota and not them. Of course i paid it. My vacation was only 3 days and because of kiwi, I lost 1 day and paid double what I planned.

I will never book with kiwi again and I will recommend all my friends to NOT to use it. In my experience the service is very bad. Here what happened to me: We booked a flight from Bahia Solano to Armenia (with layover in Medellin) with Kiwi. The airline operating the flight was called Easyfly. In the booking process I chose to pay extra (34,20 euros) to be protected by "kiwi guarantee". This is a service that promises the following: "Our Kiwi.com Guarantee is a unique extra service that covers you if your trip gets disrupted because carriers changed, canceled, or delayed any part of it. If that happens, we’ll get you to your destination or can immediately send you a refund." In our experience this is absolutely not true!!! When we got to the airport 2 hours in advance our flight was disrupted (even though we had a reservation) and we could not fly. We spend the entire day at the airport trying to find a solution but we never got to our destination. Easyfly (the airline) didn't find us any alternative, didn't pay for refreshments or didn't pay for an extra hotel night. In this situation Kiwi Guarantee was completely useless, we called the helpline: they said they didn't refund the extra costs (hotel and food). They just found us an alternative itinerary which would make us arrive to the destination with a delay of 76 hours and for which we would have to pay extra 350 euros!!! Kiwi also didn't refund our flight immediately. Instead, they will ask a refund from the airline and if the airline refunds (which is very unlikely) they will refund us. This, according to kiwi, will take minimum 3 months!!! So basically, all the protection that the "kiwi guarantee" claims to offer is a very big lie!

Never choose this airline, the poor , the worst and the scam airline and website The worst website ever. I booked three ticket although I canceled them one week before flight but see in picture they refunded only 10 euros out of 224 euro. it is really not justice to rob the money of the people,

Kiwi Booking agency has stolen my money!!! They are professional scammers … Unfortunately I have fallen a victim to this fraud Seller (Kiwi), they have sold me a transit ticket that require Visa in the same departure day where I have surprisingly been denied of boarding due to non-availability of this Visa, they blacken my day as they didn't notify me about the Visa Requirement, and ultimately they denied to refund any of the amount I paid them, they are terrible scammers that I advice everyone to be further vigilant not to buy from them, I am highly disappointed indeed, but I have a strong believe in God that they will fall soon...

Kiwi really let me down. For some reason, they booked my flight as two separate tickets instead of one although sending me one reservation. I therefore didn’t realize I needed a visa for India as it is not needed for transit. When I was denied boarding and I called to have the ticket issued as a single ticket, there was nothing that kiwi would do. Same inhumane script and no suggested solutions at all. Heartless and poor customer service. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a supervisor. Still, there is nothing they will do after I missed this expensive flight. Don’t do it. It’s not worth the risk. One small thing goes wrong and you are flushing your money down the drain. Book directly with the airline

Scam Voucher Codes** Beware this company offers scam voucher codes. I was offered by Kiwi a voucher code which when applied took money off the flight price. When paid the voucher code didn’t stay and I was charged the full amount. Customer service then proceeded to tell me this system error was my fault and I would have to pay it all. Really do be careful of this company.
