STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... I booked a flight with them and 18 hours later i wanted to add some checked luggage and they said it wasn't possible to add checked luggage to my flights as there wasn't a big enough layover in between. The two airlines involved had no issues with it, i had called them before talking to Kiwi. When looking back at the website i found the option to add checked luggage to the flights before paying (yes i missed it and i admitted this to Kiwi.com) They still said it wasnt possible to do this when their website was offering it. When called out on this they told me that i had booked a saver fare and if i had paid more for the flights they could have modified the flights. Absolute shower of s***..... Stay clear, go to booking.com instead no issues with them.

I took a trip to Morocco, very cheap Iwas so delighted. Impossible to check online cause the flight company does not work with Kiwi.com. Arriving at the airport, I was to pay all the fares, three flights, three fares... double the price of my ticket. Such a disgrace, will never book with them anymore...

I have never experienced such disorganised service in my life. Check in system did not communicate with airline: resulting in us paying an extra £55 per person to check in. Return flights cancelled for no reason. Customer service is probably stretched and no one seems to care. People do your research. Pay a little extra and buy DIRECT! This was an awful experience and will ruin your holidays. I hardly ever complain, but the level of unprofessional Ian is beyond imaginations. AVOID

Most disappointing with Kiwi.com. Would never use it again Very unorganized company. Booked a flight trough Kiwi.com only to find out I’ve couldn’t online check in because of a technical fault. Had to pay an extra fee of €55 for desk check in. Apparently not the only one with the same problem, so I’ve been told when I was paying my desk check in fee. Highly disappointing. Would never ever use them again.

My girlfriend booked a trip as a surprise - with my credit card - on Kiwi.com. Unfortunately, she booked non-refundable tickets - without my knowledge. Anyway, my relative had a near-fatal accident right before the trip and was in ICU for a week. I'm the only caretaker she has. The Kiwi rep (Shakira Saier) initially agreed to issue a full refund but didn't. Then the company reneged. So, no integrity, no decency. no accountability. After the behavior of Kiwi.com reps - I'll never book anything with them again - and I love NZ.

Never book through this company, always book directly with the airline, if you book with Kiwi I guarantee you gonna lose your flight in between connections and get stuck in a country you don't know, and will end up having to spend 4 times more to book hotels and buy another flights. 100% it's gonna happen, trust me. It happened with me and with other people I met in the airport. I wish I had looked at the low reviews before I booked my flight. It ended up costing me 2k compared to the $500 that was the price of the flights. What a joke.

I had a flight from Cairo to London with a layover in Marseille. I had the Kiwi layover Gaurantee, the departure flight got delayed 1.5 hours and when I called a few days later to get my money back, the call centre employee was very rude and barely knew anything about the flight claiming the delay was less than 55 minutes even though I recorded down the initial departure (5.35) and the delayed departure (7). Because of this everyone missed their connecting flight. When I called, I was faced with many excuses from “I should’ve called when I was at the airport in Egypt” even though I had not way to contact as I didn’t have a British number. To “the policy has changed”. I recommend this company to no one as they are scammers and they are money cows. The call support assistance “ASHISH” seemed like he didn’t know a single thing about the company and was just wasting time. He said that at first I was already late then he said the guarantee doesn’t cover it then said the manager said there is no possibility as air Arabia is the airline. This company is the worst and this is the second time I go with this booking website and faced issues. No one should book with them as they won’t give your money back over the slightest chance

Do not use kiwi.com! My flight(#424407511) was cancelled by the carrier and kiwi do not refund me even though the airline carrier said the refund should be done by kiwi. They stole my money and refused to return it back. Do not use kiwi.com!

A bad company that doesn't take responsibility for its customers, I lost 1000 dollars, because of a small mistake I made on the website, and they don't want to help and provide service! Take money they are great like everyone else! There is no response, no service, and no empathy. Beware of them!!!

My flight was cancelled by the carrier and kiwi refused to refund me even though the airline carrier said the refund should be done by kiwi. They stole my money and refused to return it back. Be careful before using this agent.

They are scammers that changed my return departure date. I phoned Kiwi.com immediately for help to rectify their mistake , they said "we can't help" and you lied about no flights being available on my return date 21/8 there were heaps of flights. You said you couldn't change the dates, another lie. I contacted 11 airlines they all said "it would be no problem to rectify their mistake". The airlines did say" l can only do it through the booking agent though " I gave kiwi.com 5 weeks notice to change the date back to what l requested. 6/8 to the 21/8, kiwi.com had changed the dates to 6/8 to the 9/8 they refused to help in any way. You owe me $1561.82. I ended up flying out on the 10/8 return 24/8. I am now having trouble with paypal to believe me. I thought Kiwi.com was our friendly neighbours "New Zealand" No its a Czech company.

This company is shady, do not trust them!! I bought the tickets 5 months before my flight. They've change dates of my flight, then 2 days later emailed me again saying that everything is ok and nothing has changed. 2 weeks before my flight I've checked that everything is ok and it turned out that my flight has been cancelled. When I've contacted them they said they are still waiting to get the money from the airline to refund me however that's a lie. I've called airlines directly and I've been told that they have sent money back to them 2 months ago!!! So that was a lie, so they just kept it for 2 months. Surprisingly they refunded me that same day i've contacted them but this time they've kept 200 $ for them selfs and told me that's all the've received from the airline company. That is another lie - airline stated that they always refund 100% of the tickets and that is their refund policy. The dates in the email are not correct, they lie and don't take responsibility for anything.

CHEATERS I booked a connected flight on june 2023. 1 day after my booking kiwi sent a mail regarding the flight has been cancelled, and that I have to pay extra money to book a new ticket. they blammed the airline company and promised me they will reimburse the highest amount for the ticket. Actual ticket cost me 5600 TL, new flight cost me 8800TL total flight cancellation with istanbul-izmir is around 16.000TL. The only reimburse they gave me is 898TL! THEY ARE BEYOND OF CHEATERS. THE MOST WORST COMPANY I HAVE SEEN, NEVER EVER I WILL BOOK WİTH KIWI AGAIN, JAVİD THERE SUPERVISOR CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD NOT HELP AND THAT I CAN DO WHATEVER I WISH SUCH AS REVIEWS OR LEGAL ACTION. HOW RUDE, WHAT A LAME COMPANY THIS IS. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH KIWI!!

Worst travel website ever, do not use them. They will steal your money issue in correct ticket change then they will then try to get me to buy another ticket. They will issue that incorrectly as well. Issue you a refund this website is a scam read all the reviews do not use it

I wish I can rate them zero. Zero help from customer service. They booked two separate flights when I tried to fly from NY to Vilnus, So I had to get out of terminal, pick up my bags and check them back in, of course I end up paying twice for extra bags. When I asked customer service two weeks prior that flight about this issue, they told me they cant do anything, this is the way they book their flights. Even after explaining that this is not normal and I will be paying for the bags twice, they offered me to but bags from kiwi for 400$ per bag, They are out of their minds there, bag cost more then an airplane tickets. Bunch of crooks, do your business elsewhere. There is a reason they sell cheaper - they will lie to you and you end up paying more anyway. Use expedia or orbits - at least they will try to work with you or give you options if something goes wrong
