I booked the flights for myself and for my daughter to Rhodes, Greece through Kiwi. But because of the wildfires it was a bit dangerous to go there. Unfortunately the flights were provided by Ryanair which wasn't cancelling it's flights to Rhodes. I decided that we're not going to fly there and cancel our booking on kiwi's website. I read the information that they can give a refund if a customer spends more that 20 Euro and cancel the booking 2 days before the departure. I was quite happy about it but when I received an email with information that I'm getting just 10 Euro back it made me very upset and disappointed. Because I spend almost £400 for those tickets! I tried to give a call to Kiwi's customer service but one rude lady on the phone was keeping saying that I can't get that 10 eur by cash... She obviously didn't understand me and my query about getting the full amount or a voucher or postpone the dates. I presume I had to fly to the that island in fire or call them directly without using the website. Very sad that kiwi is not helping in the cases which are not in customer's power to change.

they offered me a flight that it was not possible to take. I warned them, they refunded me 10€ out of 800€. Their business model is to then be reimbursed much more by the airlines.

Do NOT use this website to book flights. The new Ryanair policy to ban 3rd party companies that sell flights makes you go through a identity verification process that does not work well on purpose. If you can’t do the verification the only option is to pay to do check in at the airport where your plane departs. This meaning that if you have a tight transit you will never make it. No one will facilitate you help to have access to your online check in and retrieve your boarding pass and Kiwi (or any other 3rd party website) won’t held responsibility for this

There was no way that I could write this review if I don’t give them 1 star but if I had option to give them negative star I would have done it. NEVER EVER BOOK TICKETS THROUGH KIWI. We lost all our money. One of the connecting flight got cancelled so my husband couldn’t get to his next flight. And had to book the whole new flight with paying double the price. He was stuck in Abu Dhabiairport with no money And kiwi didn’t refund any saying they are not responsible. My husband was coming back from India after his mother passing away, he lost both his parents in short span of time. And since he had to be there in India to take care of them he lost his job. So what ever money was left he booked the tickets through Kiwi. And now we lost all the money around $1700 and had to book new tickets for around $2700 that we borrowed from a friend. Now with his moms passing away and loosing all the money he is in a state of traumatic depression. Thanks for Kiwi for putting my family in this situation. So please if you pay some extra dollars pay that to reliable company not to kiwi. Date of experience: July 15, 2023

When I was buying tickets, the first option on their website was the Saver Plan, and on that same page they had a note that this plan does not offer ticket cancellation. However, on the same page, they mentioned that all plans are eligible for cancellation 24 hours before the trip, which is quite misleading, and based on that, I chose the Saver Plan, which was a more reasonable price. However, 48 hours later,( 4 weeks before the flight) due to some problems in my travel documents, I asked them to cancel or reschedule my tickets, but they said I would not receive any refund, and if I reschedule, I have to pay again for new tickets. I think they are just waiting to steal your money by playing with the words. Be away from this horrible service.

0/5 I used Kiwi.com to book a return flight from Frankfurt to Toronto. The flight failed to be booked despite receiving confirmations. I was stranded at the airport and only received communication from Kiwi.com 7.5 hours after I notified them of the mistake. Kiwi.com continued to make mistakes as they booked accommodation on the incorrect date as I need to stay over night at the airport. Kiwi.com failed in their organisation and communication. I will never use Kiwi.com again and I would recommend those who consider Kiwi.com to not use their services.

Worst website ever, it's a scam be aware, booked some flights, airline cancelled connecting flight, contracted kiwi, who advised we can't offer a refund and we've cancelled the whole booking.

my reservation number is 416017162, I canceled the reservation as soon as I made the reservation, but the cancellation was not processed. In addition, I changed the reservation, but the reservation before the change was not refunded. When I called about it, the agent got angry with me and hung up the phone unilaterally.

Kiwi issued me a fake eticket and fake PNR, got to the gate and it turns out Kiwi took my money and didn't get me a ticket. I had to buy a last minute ticket for twice the original price, the Kiwi agent on the phone said they would reimburse my new ticket. Turns out that was another lie and they just refunded the money they stole from me (for the ticket they didn't get me).

They are scammers! My mother used kiwi on a flights that were physically impossible to make since there were so many flight changes plus with customs. When we tried to get a return they only gave $11 back and it was almost $2,000 and that’s just not right. We talked to the costumer service people but all they say is sorry and we agreed to it but it didn’t tell us anywhere that we were only going to get $11 back when we went to cancel.

Kiwi canceled my trip and refused refund. I did not find out until I was calling to make some changes. That is when they tell me that the flights were canceled on their end. They could not provide me with reason or provide who did cancelation. They would not refund and customer service was useless. Over 4 hours, 7 representatives and more than 10 different stories!

If you want to lose your money and ruin your vacation plans, then contact kiwi.com Step-by-step instructions on how to lose money with kiwi.com Step 1: book tickets through this service Step 2: kiwi.com first confirms the booking, and then cancels and offers other options (2 times more expensive) or a refund Step 3: You agree to a refund, but Qiwi refunds you 20-30 percent less and REFUSES to confirm that the airline refunded exactly this amount. Thus, you are being deceived and covered by the service policy, although by law they are required to confirm the return with documents from the air carrier. The only reason a kiwi.com is needed in this world is simply to find out through this service which carrier flies to your destination and GO to the carrier's website to purchase tickets directly. Believe me, it's 10-15 percent cheaper there. Better yet, check it out for yourself. Lastly, kiwi.com, you do not deserve to be an air carrier aggregator because your schemes are fraudulent and dishonest. I hope this review will help protect other people from you and make this world a better place but without you.

I recently had the opportunity to use this air travel website for booking a flight and, unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. I felt compelled to write a review to outline some areas where the platform could certainly improve. First and foremost, it's essential to mention that the pricing on the site is not as competitive as one would expect from an online flight booking service. One of the main reasons customers like myself turn to online platforms is to find the best deals. However, after cross-checking with other websites and airlines, it became apparent that their pricing was not the best available. A more significant issue arose around seat reservations. The website gives the impression that reserving a seat is a necessary part of the booking process and incurs an additional fee. It was only after paying the fee that I found out that the seat reservation was optional. This part of the process needs to be more transparent and user-friendly. The option to skip seat reservations should be clearly stated to avoid any unnecessary charges for customers. Finally, when it came to addressing this misunderstanding, I found their customer service unsatisfactory. I attempted to contact them to rectify the situation, but the support I received was far from helpful. They were unable to reverse the charge despite the confusion stemming from the website's layout and information presentation. In conclusion, while the website is functional and easy to navigate, the underlying issues concerning pricing, transparency, and customer support need attention. The site promises a convenient and hassle-free booking experience, but my experience fell short of these expectations. I hope that my feedback will be taken into account for future enhancements of the service.

Dear traveller, avoid Kiwi, it's not worth the few bucks you gonna save. Firstly, their website misleads you thinking you are booking directly with AirAsia, the interface is pretty much the same. After my booking, I could not select seats, meals and other add-ons cause my booking wasn't confirmed with AirAsia. The only 'booking confirmation' you receive is from Kiwi. It took me many phone calls to receive my booking confirmation from AirAsia, and that after 3 weeks! I was only a few days away from my flight. But they don't provide you a booking number from AirAsia, everything needs to be done (and charged) by them. You are simple very dependent on Kiwi for anything related to your booking. It's stressful, costly, time consuming and nonsense. And on top of everything, AirAsia customer support is inexistent. It's impossible to speak to someone. The only customer support is a useless bot in their website. Not sure how that is legal. Even when I managed to get the booking confirmation from AirAsia, AirAsia says everything needs to be done via your agency, Kiwi. I can't believe AirAsia associates their business with Kiwi.

I booked a United airline flight through kiwi.com from Newark to LAX on June 30th. After over $150 of transportation expenses to reach the airport I found out that my reservation wasn't valid and they told me they can't find my booking. I missed my flight and after hours of waiting they rebooked me another flight but when I got to the gate the same thing happened and I wasn't allowed on the flight because they can't find the reservation. I had to cancel my whole trip because of their incompetence. I called them to request a refund and a compensation for my transportation fees and after their costumer service promised to get me all my transportation expenses they ended up just refunding me for only the ticket price. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Would never use it again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Sometime on December 2022, I tried to book a flight with them which did not push through. A note appeared that "due to changes of the rates we cannot proceed". Since i tried booking with them, they have my credit card information. To my shock, the ended up charging me the entire amount of the 2-way flight that i booked. When you try to call their contact number, you need a booking number to get through a representative. Considering my case, I do not have a booking number, hence, it was impossible to reach them via phone. They do not have an email that you can easily reach them but i tried looking for their email online, sadly none of the 3 emails i wrote to responded. I advise that you do not deal with this company. This is one of the worst experience I had dealing online. They take small people's money and they do not have a good resolution, nor do they provide help or guidance.

Kiwi.com is such a terrible company. Please share my article on social media or related sites. The airline company I booked with went bankrupt. Even though I did not cancel, Kiwi is refusing a full refund with various excuses.
