“Está muy bien es una app que te da confianza,encuentras vuelos buenos y si cojes un vuelo con garantía y luego te cancelan el vuelo te hacen un reembolso al instante a mí me pasó con un vuelo a Chipre!Contenta yo recomiendo kiwi.com!”

“I would give this a -----100 if I could, they are the worst booking agency and don't know how they stay in business, it's abismal how there system is set up, they offer the worst connections and will charge your credit card and our on a account instead of refunding you if they can't fill your seat. It absolutely horrible”

“Користуюся Kiwi.com вже майже 5 років. Оскільки завжди вишукую цікаві і найдешевші варіанти, я трохи іду на ризик😉😁)) Але Kiwi завжди попереджає про всі ризики і пропонує варіанти щодо їх уникнення або вирішення . Різноманітний вибір мов дає мені можливість купувати квитки і робити бронювання на рідній для мене мові. Всі міста, всі перевізники в одному додатку - це дуже зручно!!)) Вибір пересадок, вибір додаткових функцій, електронна реєстрація на рейс, різноманітні нагадування!!)) Мені дуже подобається Kiwi і я рекомендую цей додаток всім друзям!))”

“Absolutely the worst flight ticket seller. Never jump on their primissing affordable prices. Their reservation system pften fails and change your details (such of dates of departure). Once they have your money that is when all the comunication and support ends. If there are any further problems with your flight absolutely no customer care reacheble and noone will help you. Refunds take ages if they ever send any. Total liars and scammers! Buy your tickets always straight from the original airlines! Never Kiwi!”

“I booked 5 connecting flights from Manila to El Nido which was cancelled. Instead of issuing a refund they changed our flight to one at another airport we are not able to board as we will be going through customs and will not have time to drive three hours and board. They have taken money for a service they can not provide and I’m disgusted Kiwi are getting away with this!”
