“Letel som s Vašou spoločnosťou a som spokojný.Cestovali sme vlakom,no je to zdlhave cca 12 hod.+doprava na stanicu.S dopravou na letisko a dociela cca 6 hod.”

“I used Kiwi to book a trip from Boston to London over the Thanksgiving Holiday. My way back included 2 stops. My Monday flight home was changed to Sunday night (which did not support my itinerary because I had something planned for Sunday night) and one of the changes would have disrupted another flight. Because of this, I ended up cancelling the return flight home and re-booking because I was informed that I would be refunded. Kiwi said the airlines refused to refund me. The airlines said it has to go through Kiwi. I have lost $1,000 because of this. Never using Kiwi again. What a joke.”

“They changed my return flight without giving any reason and it completely did not work with my schedule/ trip purpose. I was forced to buy a separate return flight ticket at my own cost. All the while they continued to sell tickets for my original return flight online. I see this as a bait and switch tactic, a total scam. I will never use this booking site again and would recommend everyone to buy their tickets elsewhere.”
