Kiwi is by far the WORST AND MOST UNETHICAL travel company I have ever used. I would not wish my worst enemy ever have to deal with these people. I've had four supposed flight cancellations in one trip, each one asking for more money to rebook. I've paid almost double the original amount. They just emailed me telling me my flight tomorrow has been "re-scheduled" by 24 hours and I need to pay more again to rebook. The airline however knows nothing about it, I'm already checked into my flight and have boarding passes. AND, we're flying with 4 others on the same flight (who booked direct) who also confirmed there is NO flight problems. This company is a complete joke and tries to scam people out of their money. Over and over and over again. Do not ever , EVER, EVER use this company.

They cancel the flight and not return the money. Theirs reply was that we confirmed the new schedule (13h difference!!!) There was a button I UNDERSTAND. To them is the same as I confirm. Never click that button!!

Very terrifying experience. They changed my flight and the options were literally double the price and double the time. If I choose the refund they will not fully refund me and I have to wait for 3 months for my money. What is this?????? Do not use their service... Pay a little more somewhere else and get a guaranteed flight and service.

Be careful and think before you book through this site. Their site mentions if you pay extra and wish to cancel then they’ll deduct 20 percent. But they actually mean 20 percent off FLIGHTS only no refund on their administration costs which mine was around £73. So altogether I paid £304 and I got refunded £180. They are professionals tricking people. I explained to customer service that it should clearly state with the charges involved before you proceed. Manager was supposed to call me within 24 hours but still waiting, and it’s day 3. Also no point paying extra should you wish to cancel your ticket they trick you. The extra you’ll pay you’ll only get that refunded and they keep the rest. Never using these lot again. Read the conditions clearly before proceeding. Date of experience: 20 November 2023

Just stop being a rip off in the name of "Kiwi.com guarantee". Had my flights cancelled and you guys jumped on this opportunity to make another $1500 . Thanks to Singapore airlines /air new zealand for booking entire trip from their end with no cost. Thieves

The company is not always legally authorised to sell flights on behalf of airlines. I booked Ryanair though Kiwi, thinking I was getting a great deal. The reality was I had a worried ½ an hour on the Ryanair website, re- registering the flight details because Kiwi hadn't used my email address to book the flight, and also a different booking reference. Took a while to skim through the Kiwi site to find the correct info, but had I not checked straight away, I would have potentially had to pay additional fees to Ryanair. My advice, if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. Book direct or with a more reputable cost cutting company.

Basically Kiwi.com is a legally created machine for scamming people hidden behind nice UX experience. They created really compelling and easy to use website, however if there is any change on the side of a airline provider when it comes to your booked flight, they will make you bleed money. They will only let you do changes which will result in then keeping basically 80-100% of originally booked ticket and this is how their business model works. I had to book several flights in advance of several months and I was so unfortunate to have changes in all of them done by airline. And the only options Kiwi.com offered me and allowed me to do would result in me paying basically 80% premium on top of already paid tickets. Hiding themselves behind policies which are not written to cover their risks, but to let them keep the money. (For some of the flights I had flexible ticket package, still they dont care if airline does any change, flexible ticket is not applicable anymore). After doing a bit of research and despite them proactively trying to prevent me from doing so, I have agreed with airlines directly to change my flights which resulted in NO additional payments. So I saved 80% of money just by calling kiwi as a liars. So I suggest to pay always few percent extra or even less customer friendly competitors to Kiwi.com. Being Czech, I am ashamed the company is praised as one of the best tech startups in CZ.

Terrible experience!!! I booked a flight on the Kiwi website from 23rd Dec to 28th Dec. Then I got offered a discount for using the app. When I got the app it asked if I wanted to continue with the same booking so I did. Only after checking out I noticed it was not 23rd Dec but 23 January. I needed the flight reschedule but they wouldn't help with that either, I was ready to pay extra but they refused to help. I was going to upgrade my ticket but now it was cancelled. There's no winning with them. And it wasn't even my fault it was a bug with the app. Customer service said repeatedly that there's nothing to be done. They have not even acknowledged that it was a mistake with the app. I immediately canceled so I can get a refund but my booking got confirmed in seconds. I was told by the customer support that the airline has the money already. I contacted the airline and they said it takes longer for the payment to reach them. This website is a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Use the website to find the flights and buy directly from the airline.

Very BAD!! No customer service or support!! If you might have a problem they will promise to take care but actually they don’t do nothing and they will leave you on your own!! They know how to take your money and than they do t mind you at all!!

KIWI.COM is a fraudulent and deceptive company that uses illogical, unacceptable and fraudulent methods and programs to steal from anyone who commits a mistake while booking a ticket with it. It will not have a future or reputation in the travel market. Please be careful and do not deal with it.

Never again I'm gonna book with Kiwi, worst customer support ever. My flight was delayed more than 10 hours, and kiwi refused to change my trip, cancel it, ask for a refund or any other support. I also couldn't do that myself because kiwi is the one who owns the ticket and not me!! I had to buy another ticket and I lost 260€. Thank you kiwi.

KIWI (FLIGHT AGENCY) IS A SCAM!! BE WARNED ⚠️ Booking reference 465666157. Dear All, Kiwi is an official scaming agent. I bought a flight through kiwi and I was sent an official ticket. 2 days later my flight was cancelled and i was given an option to pay additional 132 euros to rebook which I did. Again, 2 days later thesame flight was canceled and the alternatives were 1320 euros which I refused and requested a refund. I was told that the best use the kiwi credit as I will get my money back instantly and can rebook another flight which I did. Unknowingly, this option is 100 euros which is 10 percent of what I paid. I tried to rebook another flight for a similar amount (1030 euros) but kiwi was asking an additional 900 euros. Worst still, the agents where very rude (similar to showing me thier middle finger). I just lost my money, kiwi does not even consider how people feel, how can a service company be this inhuman? PLEASE, SPREAD THE WORD, POST IT ON NEWS PAPERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA. KIWI IS A SCAM. I JUST LOST MY MONEY AND BE SURE IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO.LETS GO VIRAL KIWI IS A SCAM

Please take care and be vigilant of KIWI. They are using deception, cheat and deceit in their transactions. This is to alert other people from such company and policy. Please be vigilant and don't deal with them as they really stollen my money for the air ticket. Best Regards

The WORST scammers of the century. They check you in online and when you arrive at the counter they ask you to pay 60€ for your boarding pass. No refunds...... Just a bunch of thieves.

This is the most disgusting company. They are a scam and a rip off. They take your money and then cancel your flight and don’t refund your money.Do Not buy from them. Plus a very rude customer service.

They are thugs and a curse more than a helpful travel app. Their mission is to make u buy the ticket. After that you are screwed. They gave me a connecting ticket which was so close to the second flight, made it look like one sector, through check in. I have seen so many reviews just the same as mine. Please do something

Have a pleasant travel experience. Avoid kiwi.com if you want to avoid the emotional toll and financial loss. I recently had a highly disappointing and stressful experience with kiwi.com. I booked a flight through their platform, but a day before my flight, the airline rescheduled my flight 12 hours earlier, so I contacted the airline, saying I wouldn't be able to make the new schedule. Per the airline's policy, I was entitled to a refund or rescheduling. However, since I booked my ticket through a travel agency, kiwi.com, I had to contact them so they could facilitate the request. I contacted kiwi.com. It was a lengthy back-and-forth communication with kiwi.com's customer service. Long story short, they denied my refund request since I booked a non-refundable ticket. They also couldn't accommodate rescheduling. According to their customer service, my only option was to take the new schedule as my ticket did not include refund or rescheduling options. It's baffling that the airline itself would have accommodated such changes if I had booked directly with them. In a time of crisis, kiwi.com proved to be a cold and heartless entity. They heartlessly hid behind their policies, claiming I booked a ticket that was non-refundable and did not include rescheduling options. Kiwi.com is evidently placing greater emphasis on profit margins at the expense of understanding and addressing the genuine struggles of its customers. The airline would have helped if I had booked directly with them, but kiwi.com left me high and dry. I write this review hoping that others can avoid the emotional toll and financial loss I've experienced with kiwi.com. Beware, fellow travelers, and choose a platform that values you as a person, not just a transaction. That's definitely not kiwi.com.

This company is a scam and takes advantage of your situation. A war had busted in my country and Ryanair had canceled my flight, issuing a full refund to me, whereas Kiwi had deducted 30% of the refund and not willing to give it back to me. They gave turned a back to their customer at a stressful moment.

The company is a scam, please don't use it. Even if it all goes well, you are taking a massive gamble doing business with them. They do everything they can to ensure the you get sc**ed over and good luck going through their customer support. They will make sure you have such a horrible time trying to get in touch with them you will give up. If you don't give up, don't expect any support from them. This company deserves to fail and I feel sorry for anyone working there, please do everyone a favour and avoid them.

KIWI is a controversal internet based travel agent incorporated in the Czech Republic but, if you have a problem, you will find yourself talking to some disinterested person in Asia and you will just go round in circles. The company's underlying Terms and Conditions of Business are extremely complicated and are drafted to put up barriers to refunds. I spent 3 months trying to get money back and lost £578. There are many other travel agent to use. Be smart and book with another travel agent. If you book with Kiwi after reading this and all the other negative reviews you should not be disappointed if you find you lose money - you have been warned.
