Made an emergency travel booking from SYD to Chennai, 2-hour Layover at Kuala Lumpur. The only information given while booking was to check with the airlines, which said a transit visa could be taken at Kaula Lumpur Airport. Checkin at SYD by Airasia was denied quoting the Transit visa must have been issued before boarding the flight. When I showed the information I found on the net to AirAsia they just said that the source of information was not authentic and made us book the connecting flight only through Air Asia so as to avoid the immigration at Kaula Lumpur. When asked Kiwi.com for a refund for the flights that I could not make it to, they denied obviously. I asked them if they could provide sufficient information at the time of booking (such as authentic websites to check immigration laws, etc., instead of saying "check with the airline website")to whoever is making a booking, you know what they said? They just provide online booking and educating passengers is not their responsibility. The audacity they had was beyond comprehension. My sincere suggestion to whoever is reading this is just to check the flights on any online ticketing site but book your tickets through the official airline's website or any of your trusted agents even if it costs a little more especially if you have connecting flights.

This company is an absolute nightmare. I have serious concerns over their legitimacy. They refuse to give me a refund for a cancelled flight which lead to 2 more flight cancellations even though connections had the kiwi guarantee. Avoid or regret it. If you have had a similar experience please post it do that start being accountable for their actions.

Сама найгірша компанія! Вони наживаються на людях, гроші не повертають! Я відмінила свій рейс за два місяця до вильоту і вони мені повернули 10 євро з 2 186 долларів. Не раджу нікому, тримайтеся подалі від цих шахраїв!

They sent me 15 mails and it was impossible to check in online. I paid extra for check in at the airport

The worst. All in all i booked tickets for Israel 20-22 of October, before the war even started. When it began, i contacted them asking for a refund as there is a war and nobody would want to fly there, they advised me that the airlines do not offer refund. So i went ahead and paid 30 euros extra for the kiwi insurance, and then i therefore requested for a refund (before the flight got canceled). So the flight gets canceled and they therefore tell me i am not eligible for a refund because i requested for one before the flight got canceled!!!!! Thieves! Never ever ever again!!!! Zero understanding with regards to the situation thats going on in israel right now! Who wants to fly to a war zone??! Ridiculous!!!!

Never use this company, booking directly with airline might be the better option, my mother had to buy another ticket as her connecting flight was delayed and she couldn’t contact kiwi.com to notify them before booking another ticket to get home and then called the next day and the have just washed their hands saying it’s her problem she needs to make the flight. She was given a 1 hour window to get from domestic to international in Sydney and that time frame for anyone isn’t realistic. How are they able to state as “best buy”? It’s almost impossible without delays. This company and many like it need to sort their stuff out and there needs to be a policy standard set in place for them to be able to operate because it’s criminal and not cheaper as you need to buy other tickets

I would rate -5 if is there. Kiwi is outrageous and ridiculous. I was not notified the about flight change time . They still keep saying they sent me notification. my flight was preponderance and I did not know . I have no notification before 24 hours even. Kiwi did not communicate with first party well. This agency will be shut down by government. I will file against it. I was not getting refund for miscommunication between fiesta nd third party. I paid 6 times more , bought new ticket for next day and waited on airport for entire day

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE ... The airline canceled our flight and they don't want to make a full refund for the round-trip as all, they just refund the first flight, how can I take the second flight if no first flight !!!! Stupid, and we in a war situation and they not helping us to get our money back because of the cancelation they made.

Guys. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE! I booked a trip at a 8:35am timeframe. Flight time is 3 hours. 3 days after booking they changed my flight to 9pm at night. An entire vacay day lost. These scam artists show you a flight with a great boarding time. 8am-9am etc. I don’t have full proof but I guarantee that flight doesn’t exist and they will change your flight 3-4 days after booking. I booked a month in advance and they changed the flight that quickly. Almost unheard of. KIWI IS A COMPLETE SCAM. STA AWAY

I made a booking from London to Sharm El Sheikh for my wife and I plus our 2 children. When I tried to check in on line I found that our youngest child has been booked as an infant and not a 2 year old child. I eventually managed to find a UK telephone line for Kiwi and proceeded to call, but found I was put through to a foreign call centre which had agents who were scripted and were not able to understand or help with my issue. After more than 8 calls to the call centre I was advised to wait whilst they investigated the matter. They returned to me by calling me at 06:55am, which I don't think is even legal and they proceeded to lie to me by telling me the airline had promised to resolve the issue at check in. I called the airline who dismissed this as a lie and said that if I turn up at the gate with a 2 year old child, without their own seat, they will be turned away. I have now found that the booking centre agent input the wrong date of birth for my son and I have made Kiwi aware of this, but no apology or promise to fix it. Again they have asked me to wait whilst their team investigates it. We fly in 5 days and at this stage I dont know what more I can do to resolve it other than paying for my sols flights again on each leg of the journey.

I booked Sri Lankan airlines on 19th September via using the Kiwi.com online platform. It was very clear that the direct flight from Dubai to Colombo, the flight is on 20th September with flying duration 4hrs and 25minutes. I went to the check in counter at the airport and the booking was not found in their system. Thereafter, they found that the Kiwi.com has scheduled a round trip ticket which was not disclose at the time of online booking. The Sri Lankan airlines Manager told not to trust Kiwi.com and my booking was the 5th complain in the month of September. He told that the ticket is a fake booking and they cannot take responsibility at all. I tried to contact using the Kiwi contract number in Dubai but not responded and using the online support but Kiwi.com network was not connected. Thereafter, I reserved a fly Dubai flight without any problem. I contacted Kiwi.com support team asking refund but did not agree at all and my money steal by Kiwi.com without looking at my trouble and their incorrect ticket. The refund is not received until today and the company like smuggling from the people. DO NOT TRUST Kiwi.com and don't book using the third party sites like this.Kiwi.com is completely cheating the people showing fake offers on the website. They don't care about the people after paid and no help at all.

Most bogus, crooked, and conning travel website I ever had to experience. SCAM 1: While booking, they let you believe you are 100% covered by their "Guarantee" - nothing can ever happen, we got you covered, no problem ever, BUT you are never covered! :-) . SCAM 2: A while after booking confirmation is done and settled (beware of SCAM 3: they never issue Booking Confirmations from the airlines, but only their own), they tell you "Some Major Changes Happened But It's Not Our Fault The Bad Airlines Did It".: They present some many hours delayed (in my case 17hr) flight connections, and you lose even a connecting flight ("Sorry But Not Our Fault") - It's so bad that you actually can not travel as initially booked. SCAM 4 is offered: Option 1: "Hey, We Found Beautiful New Routes and Flights for You, of Course Guaranteed no Problems this Time, for ADDITIONAL Cost of Only the Same Money That You Paid Initially. Please Pay Here SMILE". Option 2: "Get 1/5th of Your Initial Payment Back To Redeem In The Next Booking With Us - No Real Money Refund Of Course". Option 3: "Get a Refund from The Carriers With Our Quick Expedite Service Help for Only 20 EUR But That May Take 60 days And Maybe You Do Not Get The Refund At All" . Option 3: Try To Get A Refund From The Bad Carriers Within 90 Days, But Hey: You Might NEVER See Any Money of It At All, And Maybe The Carriers Carry Charges for That Refund, So Better Do Not Do That Option". You get the picture of how shameless, crookedly and deceitful KIWI.com operates? They purposely temper your booking (because nothing is confirmed yet with the airlines) and try to coax you to buy new offers from them, or at least keep your initial payment without giving any service back. I lost about 300 Euros to Kiwi.com. But I know of many many many others who fell for these KIWI crooks and bandits and lost thousands of Euros or Dollars.

Kiwi.com - the worst online flight search engine. Thieves, I paid £458.20 for 1 piece of 20 kg luggage, return flight on the London - Larnaca (Cyprus) route. Never book flights with them, they will rob you!!!!

How is this business still operating? I work for an airline. Kiwi customer came to drop off bag for his flight, except he had no confirmed booking! We called Kiwi on his behalf. Spent off and on 7 hours with Kiwi rep! We were told his ticket was never issued “due to a technical issue” and to be patient as they were “working on it” The kicker is that they took the customer’s $1300 for the booking! Absolutely horrid company. Passenger ended up having to buy whole new expensive ticket on our airline!

the worst travel agency you can imagine. booked a return flight to Kutaisi at a time convenient to me and my partner, they sent me an email changing my return alone to leave 10 hours earlier with no offer of alternative as per their policies, called to ask to change to another flight and pay the difference, denied me any rights, and stated, Go to your lawyer, live with it, that's it!!!!!
