They are selling a dungaree £9.45 after cyber monday %40 discount , the issue is , when I add the item to the basket the price goes up to full price £23 . At the end I gave up trying . Bad site , very unprofessional .

There's a known sizing issue on their website with no flag on the site. So all sizes are a full size wrong for converse but they still let you order it. When you ring for an exchange you have to buy a new pair and return the wrong pair with a 14 day delay on refund. The worst customer service I've experienced for a long time with zero interest in customer satisfaction.

Gutted I didn’t read these reviews before ordering! I ordered £200 worth of items on 20th November, I had no email confirmation if the order but the money came straight out my account. My Hermes has said they have my parcel for over a week and it just updated to say it’s on it’s way back to the sender. I have just had the money refunded into my account with no explanation. I have emailed and phoned but I have had no answer. The worst company I have ever ordered from. TERRIBLE customer service!!! Do NOT order from here!!

The worst company ever. There’s no other way of putting it. Forget about the order I just want to get my money back. I made a mistake by not reading the reviews before ordering..They are so quick to take your money but make zero effort to communicate or even send your order. Prepared despatch since nearly 2 weeks ago. I’m now concerned about my money. They’re fraudsters.

I just seen other reviews here and I found I wasn’t the only one. We’ve bought bunk bed and 2 under bed drawers from them.placed an order mid October,all 3 items came separately.The bunk bed’s biggest panels were badly damaged so requested new parts.few days later when we received the drawers,one of them was missing screw set which means can’t make it.Requested parts again but Nothing from them until I call them several times.2wks later got text from DHL which has no time slot so waited,got bunk bed screw set only which is we already have.They said the bunk bed parts gone missing while on the way...but nothing mentioned about the drawers screws. Found few emails from them in junk mail box but haven’t confirmed both items.now nearly one month since 1st order but haven’t received items completed. Every time I ask they says they don’t know when as waiting to hear from France but seems really bad communication. Even with the sale price they were not cheap enough but the drawers quality is unbelievably cheap and the bottom panel is so thin.The bed panel was not solid woods that’s why damaged badly,no quality at all. The customer service is absolutely terrible.I received one email for reviewing,so I wrote review there but they didn’t published as I wrote all negative feedback,so can not trust them,hiding these reviews like here is hidden by them. Do not buy anything from this company.

Read the reviews before getting sucked in by their offers. Ordered something, took one week to dispatch, arrived at pick up shop, went to collect it and it's subsequently gone missing. Tracking now says it's effectively got lost in the system, no one from Hermes cares, no one from La Redoute answers emails. It's a complete disaster of a website and company.

I wish I had read these reviews before. Terrible customer service relating to delivery of 4 dining chairs. I was given 7 different Hermes delivery time slots over 4 days for the chairs to not arrive in any of them. Many conversations with different members of the customer services team over 2 weeks, but nobody seemed able to resolve and passed blame to Hermes. 3 out of the 4 chairs eventually arrived damaged. They attempted to redeliver only for the 3 damaged chairs to be sent directly back to us. Still waiting for the situation to be resolved and to be refunded. Will never use again.

I placed an order a week ago, after 5 days I called and asked for an update as I had not received an email. The lady said my item had not yet been dispatched but miraculously they arrived the next day. Definite lack of communication from La Redoute although Hermes did text on day of delivery with time slot. With regard to the boots I ordered I do not think they are the best quality as I expected real leather straps as the rest of the boot are real suede. So not actually 100% leather upper as stated. Saying that I do like them and I couldn't imagine the hassle involved in sending them back for a refund. Would I shop at La Redoute again? Given the time taken for delivery in this modern age I would have to say no. Something is telling me something is looming for this company and it isn't good.

First order arrived after 5 days, despite a lack of communication it was fine. Second order "prepared for despatch" on 17 October, no updates since then. They use Hermes for delivery and last time I didn't even get any update email from them until the day of delivery. 5 days after an order with no change in order status or delivery news is just too slow in this day and age. This will be my last order.

Absolutely shocking .... do not order anything from here. Taken the money but still not have received my order ...... customer services answer the phone but don’t actually do anything. If only I had read the reviews before I ordered.

11 days since ordering, the rug was in stock & estimated delivery 3-5 working days. Despite numerous emails to customer service nobody can update me. La Redoute very unreliable, give me Ikea any day.

They'll pull the rug from under your feet watch out. This company are a farce. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying on their website to be be wise and buy a similar item elsewhere even its more expensive to save yourself wasted time and having your money taken without receiving the item. On the 22 September I ordered a rug. o the 26th September no rug had been delivered but £99 had been taken from my paypal account. There was no email from La redoute to say the rug wouldnt be delivered and as such I was expecting the rug because the latest email said it would be delivered. I logging into the la redoute website after 4 days to my account to show the rug order was 'cancelled' and no explinatation. I called the customer service and they took 10 minutes to say its not in stock and that they wouldnt issue a voucher for redress of my time or log a complaint.

Have been a customer for many years. Something has happened to them lately. Booked a collection a week ago normally takes 2or3 days but still not picked up. Have booked again but time will tell if it will be collected. Am losing confidence them.

Great clothes. Sizes can be a little erratic. Delivery a bit slow when using click and collect but excellent when having items delivered straight to home. Always offering special discounts which means clothes that aren’t in the high street are a little more reasonable

I had an account with this company from 2002 untill 2014 i paid ppi as they sneaked it onto my statements every month. I paid 4 years worth of payments to them and they have only refunded 129.00 . They are a joke and very dishonest company.

I have Not any trouble with LaRedoute in 2 years and some reviews here are extremely pathetic and childish. This is a mail order obviously drop shipping a lot of their goods, fact is they are good for returns, good for refund and good for delivery, I have my stuff delivered to a local Newsagent as I work a lot. Also, most of my stuff comes within a few days, however some stuff can take up to 14 days so if YOU have Zero patience then it’s not for you. Excellent service keep up the good work.
