“1. They didnt match the offer i received on Amazon although they claim they will match it! 2. I still went ahead and ordered with them due to my past orders with them. This time though screen was slight damaged as received on delivery. It works fine but there is a dent in the plastic!”

“Laptop direct have had my laptop since November on the laptop second repair. Laptop direct have had my laptop which was not fit for purpose longer than me. They do not respond to you anywhich way. Laptop direct I want to know what is happening with my laptop?”
