“Product delivered on time. Worked out of the box. I was a bit concerned about the spec, and size of screen but, apart from being slow downloading the inevitable initial set of updates it's been an ideal size for my 7-year old son to work on for remote school and has survived his ministrations so far.”

“Failed to deliver - given a date - failed to arrive - after 2 days waiting contacted you, response was wait it’s with the courier. It’s nearly 7 days late now and not arrived and no idea when it will.”
