“Laptops Direct fulfilled the order as requested and, when speaking with them by telephone, courteous and efficient conversations were held. However, although I sent an e-message to them with details about my delivery address, no reply was received and, when I rang them to request delivery to a specified recipient should I not be available, they were unable to help other than to say that the Courier Service would be able to help. The courier service did not provide me with an option for a neighbour to sign for my delivery in the event of my unavailability and that was not helpful to me - or, I suggest, to the courier company.”

“Having read reviews I did not know what to expect and was not happy that no landline number provided (hence minus one star). That said the DPD Delivery time slot of one hour was fine and worked. I ordered a Lenovo All in One which appeared to have wireless mouse and keyboard, but in box was wired Lenovo mouse and keyboard. I used online service to contact Laptops Direct and helpful service offered to post wireless items to me. I accepted that. I realise everyone will have different experiences but mine was fine especially lady who dealt with me using online service.”
