“Ordered online a new laptop for my 13 year old son. Site was easy to navigate and it helped that I had already researched best laptop before hand. Got laptop I needed and paid to have it delivered earlier than the default time. Laptop arrived a day before I was expecting it which was brilliant and laptop has been working fine so far! Definitely recommend this site.”

“All my orders from Laptops Direct are on time & I know I've paid a fair price & it's a quality item, but the deliveries by DPD are all confirmed by text & email, giving a rough delivery time (they were earlier) that's great, but there was no such thing with the Parcel force deliveries. Can this be changed? I'm sure it would help. Stay safe.”

“I purchased a Samsung A41 mobile phone at a price that clearly undercut all competitors and I am perfectly happy with the phone which arrived promptly. However the 'A1' version does mean that what you get is the phone and nothing else - no charger, no manual, no box, not even the little pin that allows you to open the SIM card tray! Being fairly proficient I was able to sort it all out and the phone works fine but buyers do need to be aware of this if they need more. This has led me to knock a star off what could have been a five star experience.”

“Paid £850 for a laptop, delivery promised in under a week, a month later and nothing has come, not even a notification from the company. Contacted customer support and they claimed they would help but haven’t got back to me. At a loss”

“My monitor is exactly what I hoped it to be. I'm really pleased with my purchase and Laptops Direct were absolutely fantastic. Swift delivery, the courier sent me a message informing me when they estimated my delivery to be and I was fortunate enough to have it delivered slap bang at the start of my estimated time allocation. No complaints at all, I would definitely use Laptops Direct again and I'd certainly recommend to others.”

“I went for the inspection and setup option on 2 motitors on 2 separate occasions. It cost me £20 each time but it was money well spent. Both monitors worked perfectly the moment I plugged them in. Fantastic service.”

“Laptops Direct provided the widest range of choice in the cost/performance level of computer I was considering. The online purchase process was simple and very straightforward (unlike some I've experienced). I selected the standard delivery (free) option and my laptop arrived two days earlier than predicted under Covid 19 lockdown. I haven't anything negative to say about the service.”
