“Requested cover note to be emailed asap as bike needed to be registered at dvla, several phone calls later and three days later finally received cover note. Bike couldn't be picked up due to this error for another 7 days, 7 days of insurance cover wasted!”

“We have 2 bikes, in different names - and when I mentioned my husband had not had his reminder, the adviser checked his system and was able to update this for me and renew the insurance for both bikes on the one call. Very efficient and a very nice manner”
