Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Nice simple renewal process. However, despite being very friendly, the resulting phone call to complete the renewal spent far too long on the selling of extras. I had reviewed the offer of extras in the renewal notice. I didn't need to go through every one again. Takes the shine of the customer experience.”

That been said I can only give feedback from the point of view of buying insurance. “I've always shopped around for car and motorbike insurance in the past, usually on one of those insurance supermarket sites. However this will never be the case again. I've been with Lexham for 3 years now having originally found them via the aforementioned. Unfortunately my motorcycle was written off and I can't speak highly enough of Tina, Holly and Vanessa dealing with my case. It was all resolved, efficiently and painless. Needless to say, when I came around to purchasing a new motorcycle and having that insured, there was only one place to go. I maybe paying £30 more a year, but for the knowledge and peace of mind from my experience in dealing with them before, its well worth it.”
