Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I couldn't negotiate the price/excess. as I think on my insurance the excess is stupidly high, its more than the actual insurance for Christ sake”

“Great customer service on the phone - the website isn't as easy to navigate but I never had to wait long in the queue on the phone therefore I didn't mind having to call in. Papers arrived very quickly by email and post. Very happy with my quote and am looking forward to my insurance. Would certainly recommend for first time bike riders”

For example, you did not ask me for any contact details so that you could send me a certificate of insurance. I had to phone you, you were very helpful on the phone but it could easily be avoided if you took my contact details in the beginning.”

The thing I liked was that over the phone it was easy to get my proof of insurance mailed to me immediately after buying the insurance, this was a great and fast service if you're picking up a new bike and need to show them your insurance certificates on the day I'd recommend this insurance company.
