Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“The process was quick and easy but I did have an issue when I bought the insurance and I didn't have any information when the documents would arrive, the email was a bit plain and for me didn't explain enough about when you would be contacted. But the accuiring the quote and purchasing the insurance was extremely easy. The customer service contact number that you get with the email was very good and the people answering the phone where very helpful.”

“Advisor not very helpful, very hard to hear conversation due to noise in background in their office of phones ringing and his headset being too close to his mouth. Not very enthusiastic in comparison to the other staff I have spoken to. very nearly didnt take out the insurance due to poor customer service.”
