This is for my Service Request No. RNP240530000494. I raised the request for my non-working Refrigerator on 30th May 2024 and your representative visited on 31st May 2024 after giving multiple reminders and making numerous calls as request. He diagnosed that the compressor of the refrigerator is not working and it will take some time to arrange the compressor and since then we have been literally begging you to arrange the part as this is peak summer season and managing without a working fridge is almost impossible. Your service engineer visited yesterday i.e. on 8th June 2024 again after numerous requests but this time he diagnosed that the valve of the refrigerator is to be replaced for which he additionally asked for 3-4 more days and mentioned that changing it will be an affair of approx.. 5000-6000 INR. If the value is to be replaced then why did the first service engineer diagnosed a non-working compressor? Your team has been very inconsistent since the start and now I can confidently say that your service is one the worst that I have ever experienced throughout my life. I am definitely no longer a LG customer now and I will also ensure that none of my near and dear ones goes for LG products from now on. I have lost all trust that I had on your brand initially!! I'm disappointed with LG. My LG fridge, under warranty, has a compressor issue. Despite a promise to fix it in 10 days, the part is still on order a week later. It's unacceptable that no service center in Ahmedabad has the compressor available. RNP240531016718

Customer service is VERY limited and lack of knowledge is not there either. Called 3 times today about a microwave questions that stopped working for a customer I installed for a kitchen remodel. Owner had used the microwave 5 times to heat up items, then nothing worked. Went to the house thinking it was an electrical issues to find 122V coming out of the outlet, great no power issue. Call for support went thru the check list to include unplugging and waiting 3 minutes, still nothing. Owner setup for a tech to come out which ended up replacing the circuit board. Went I went back today to reinstall the microwave and did a test the owner stated it was much quieter than before. I turned on the exhaust fan and the owner stated that the noise I was hearing. I asked if they had turned on the exhaust fan while heating items before it died, "No." Which explained the bad circuit board. Also called back today for tech support, spoke with 3 customers reps 1st no help hung up, 2nd gave me another customer service number, 3rd said I'm tech support which she was not then said I will transfer you , where, to tech support. Recording we are ONLY OPEN Monday - Friday not open Saturday or Sunday. LG's customer service members do not know LG's own operation hours??

After 30 days, customer service says wait and see, I will do something. My suggestion to all of you is, do not buy these LG products, if you buy then have zero expectations from the service.

I bought an lg refrigerator less than a year ago. Started having problems and have been dealing with these people for 2 months trying to get it fixed ! They sent out a service person (over a month th ago) who said he had to order the parts. They got delivered over 2 weeks ago and the earliest appointment is June 21st . So the stupid thing gave out yesterday and lg customer service is totally stressful and not helpful at all ! I will not be buying lg again if this is how they treat customers!

Wastes your time on service chat. Takes forever for them to respond or chat. Disconnects. They waste your time collecting all kinds of info just to give you a number of someone local to call yourself. I wasted an hour. They could have asked my address and hooked me up right away or told me that they were just going to give me someone to call myself.

My experience with the LG Front Load Washing Machine has been highly unsatisfactory. Initially, the machine performs well, but issues arise after about a year. These include frequent mechanical failures, declining cleaning efficiency, and persistent malfunctions. Customer service is frustrating, with delayed responses and inadequate warranty coverage. Due to these recurring problems, I have had to replace the machine annually, making it a poor investment. Overall, I do not recommend the LG Front Load Washing Machine and suggest considering more reliable brands.

My landlord bought my roommate and I a New refrigerator because our 40 year old Maytag refrigerator quit. After 6 months the LG fridge is not keeping the food cold and the freezer is not doing it's job either. So my roommate called LG May 29th to send someone to repair it and the earliest someone can come out is june 7th. What the Hell kind of company is this. I do a lot of reviews and this is right up there with the top 3 worst companies. I miss you Maytag, rest easy Maytag.

Expensive, poor quality OLED TV. Kept malfunctioning and their "customer service" dept kept messing me around, wasting my time with "trouble shooting" that achieved nothing, sent a technician twice to try to fix it, tried to blame the problem on my internet service (which is perfect on every other device) and refused to send a new TV. Terrible product, terrible service. I will never buy this brand again.

We have an LG dishwasher, washer & dryer. They were all bought in the box 'new' from the dealers. The dishwasher is only 7 months old (from date of purchase, but over 4 years old per customer service). They ALL run on 2.4g internet. We have 5g so NONE of the bells and whistles - troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, etc- work at all. The machines might be 'new' but the technology is already years out of date. The washer (currently) is working great. The dryer keeps giv8ng an error code that the filter is blocked or needs cleaning. I've been doing laundry for 60 years so I KNOW & DO CHECK & CLEAN THE FILTER AFTER EVERY LOAD! We've cleaned the exhaust vent 10 times in 4 years to try to clear the code. Then, IF you do need a technician to come out to repair it (even under warranty!) YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE CALL AND THE HOURLY CHARGE-- but the PARTS ARE 'FREE'. WORST 'WARRANTY' EVER! WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG APPLIANCE!!! WE WON'T EVEN ACCEPT A FREE ONE! SO: Be aware that "new, in the box" does NOT mean current technology!!! Per the customer service phone guy: Check the model number with the company BEFORE you purchase to find the TRUE age of the appliance!!

Horrible experience with LG refrigerator... Also the after sale services are also very poor... Do not buy LG products... I am suffering a problem with my refrigerator from last 20 days in this bad summer and these LG people are not doing anything. They are just saying we will come tomorrow or day after but nobody turned up... Very very very poor service by LG ... Don't buy LG products .

With the horrible customer service that you provide, how do you stay in business. My 4 year old refrigerator is no longer working. Tried contacting customer service but LG makes it difficult. I guess they just do not want to honor warrantee issues. LG should stand for Lousy Goods.

If there is a worse customer service in the world, I'd be surprised. I am trying to get my UK account deleted, so that I can set up in Portugal. This seems to be actually impossible to do, and once you have registered your email in one place then apparently you aren't allowed to move so can't install anything.

My new 4 top load washer. That I bought only 4 months ago, just died.... Without checking, the servicetech is going to come with new part(s)... ? So is he coming with new motor and new circuit board?. Eill Never buy LG again

1st off all there is no one taking call in coustomer centre, 2 nd they not ready to lessen you concerned, Some Ravina is calling me after I'm putting some msg here and there , she is misbehave with me , that we are not sending some to check your fridge today, tomorrow somebody come they make video and if we feel you are not doing with fridge in local,that we are not doing anything, seriously this is very bad experience, they are treating coustomer like we are not human, this is very wrong,that they not listening us , only say what they want to say , it's it. Highly dislike and I'm saying everyone please do not purchase any thing for LG

I have a 5 year old expensive LG refrigerator the compressor already broke and I had to pay $600 for labor and then a month later my 3year old dishwasher the heating element broke . Horrible will never buy a LG again

If I could have chosen zero stars I would have. I wrote an email to send to LG outlining my horrible experience with them. I called customer service to get an email address and they told me there isn't one. Here is the email. "My refrigerator, which I purchased on July 11, 2018, stopped cooling on Saturday, May 18, 2024. I called customer service on Monday, May 20, to schedule a repair since the compressor was still under warranty. I was told National Platinum Service would be calling me for an appointment. I made a payment of $516.35. National Platinum Service never called me back because they do not exist in Knoxville,Tennessee. You would think that this would be information you would already have. Between Monday, May 20 and Friday, May 25, I called your company sixteen times to try to get this issue resolved. I spent hours on the phone with Shawn, Paul, Jean, Ash, Jay and Franz. I was told several times that upper management would receive an email and that it would take 2 to 3 business days for them to respond. What kind of customer service is that? Franz was finally able to cancel the work order so I wouldn't be charged. He offered to have your technicians come and fix my refrigerator but the first available appointment was on May 31. That would be two weeks after my refrigerator broke down. Waiting that amount of time is totally unacceptable. I called a local company today and set up an appointment for 2 days from now. I would rather pay for my own compressor than deal with your company any further. I would like to add that all of the associates I spoke with were patient and attentive and tried their best to fix my problem. They are your greatest asset. Other than your call center employees, I find your company to be completely inept. I will be leaving a very strongly worded google review and all of my friends and family are going to hear about this."
